About a month ago I was dealing with a title transfer nightmare and kept getting the run around at the DMV or I was given incorrect forms and information. Sitting outside the DMV and frustrated with all the time and effort I wasted over a period of 2 days I saw the banner that hangs outside of Van Ross....and decided to check it out. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Lisa provided me with the CORRECT forms and explained very clearly what I needed to do. I did exactly as she said, returned with the proper paperwork ready to go and Voilà! I was done and all legal within a matter of minutes. No long lines, no being given incorrect forms, no rude state employees. Lisa kept it very simple and to the point. The fee for the DMV services at Van Ross are very reasonable. Well worth it just to not have to waste your time at the DMV. I highly recommend going to Van Ross. read more

.BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN. From selling pot out of her shop to keeping animals locked in hot vehicles,she is not as she seems. Her services are astronomically high and if you don't do what she wants you to do or you do something she doesn't like,she will abuse her power and lie to the DMV. There are other places around town who offer DMV services that are much much cheaper and you don't have to worry about the other business owners being shady. Anyone else have or had a problem with this lady????? If so,speak up,power in numbers!!!! This woman is so crazy I had to blocker her number and cancelled my insurance policy with her. Amazing service!! I purchased a new vehicle and the tags,plates, and all the registration paperwork was lost. I had waited 9 months to get them and they never arrived. So I had to go to DMV and it was very busy even the appointment line was about 30 people. I would have spent my whole day there. So I went over next door to Van Ross(they handle DMV issues for the DMV at a fee)and within 10minutes I was walking out with my license plate, registration, and tags!! She was so very helpful, knowledgable, and made the process simple. If DMV had efficiency like Van Ross things would be so much better. Only cost me $49. Duuuuude, when I say this place is the best, it comes from years of coming to Van Ross. My father Chris has always come here for insurance, to pay registration, and much more. I would always come with him, and I grew up seeing how good he was always treated there. When I got my first car I came here for the first time, a long time ago for insurance. Lisa made it so simple and easy, and was able to find the right insurance for me. As we speak, today I had to pay my registration before it was too late, and I only had 45 minutes before I would be late for work. Normally the DMV next door, I'd be there for HOURS! Went to the DMV to register my car, after waiting and waiting and waiting went outside to take a break from the waiting. I saw the sign for Van Ross insurance Services walked across the parking lot and stopped in to see if they can register my vehicle. it was the best decision ever made in and out within minutes. Best place in town been getting insurance through Lisa for 8+ years. %100 customer oriented. Can do pretty much anything but photo that DMV can. If ever there's a fee to provide service that can get discount or no charge you can be sure that you will be informed of such and given the option to save you money. This little gem of a place saved me 2 hours waiting at dmv. Found it by accident while walking from the Ventura dmv to find a soda nearby after being told the wait was 2 hours.
