This is the worst insurance you can get in Southern California. They denied claims for no reason, and they keep making people feel like they don't have insurance why? Because they never pay! I got this guy that hit my car with his truck and he had Adriana insurance when I contact the insurance they seem to be following protocol according to what it's supposed to be done but instead of following up with the claim, they only said that the guy with Insurance never answer his phone that he's not available. I showed them proof I had pictures. I had his whole recorder pictures of his ID, drivers license, insurance, car, registration and uploaded all the pictures on their website for the Insurance. they just denied the claim based on the guy not answering their phone calls. Every time I call this guy he always answered the phone. I don't know why you never answered the phone to them. I have heard many complaints from all the Latino people here in the Los Angeles area to not get Adriana's insurance because they don't work ! I just called to get a quote and after providing lots of detailed information and put on hold, the call disconnected. I called back and of course another very RUDE agent picked up asking all the same questions again thus wasting my time. I asked for the other agent which he could not get even though he verified my phone number twice. You would think the call disconnected, they would call back. Of course not. Based on all of these of poor yelp reviews, I'm going to consider myself warned and keep looking. They can't even provide good or decent service from inception, why bother. read more

**FRAUD ALERT** HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Initially we authorized payment for full coverage insurance, which ended up being liability only. The agent said she would fix the error and change it to full coverage, but needed additional documentation which was never provided. We called and texted saying we no longer were interested in getting the insurance through them and they said it was too late that it was already processed and we were charged. WE NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE!! Currently, we are trying to cancel the policy and we have been on the phone for over 2 hours with several people. It should not be this difficult to cancel a policy, especially a policy we never authorized. HOW CAN THEY INSURE A VEHICLE WITH NO PICTURES OR SIGNED DOCUMENTATION? I do not recommend this company at all. I was charged 400$+ for an insurance that was never used. They will try and add life insurance to take extra money in process. My dad and I have had this car insurance for about 15 years. Last month on the 21st I added 1997 Toyota to our policy was charged $300 and I always pay my insurance on the 29th. I went to pay my insurance on the 30th like I always do with no problem. But the system out of no where says my policy has been canceled.I give them a call and they said it's been canceled due to late payment that I need a new insurance. Never once have have I had this problem before. They said they had a new rule where if your late by one day it's automatically cancelled. Never did we received a letter stating this new policy. I was also told alliance will no longer be providing insurance starting January. Why isn't this new information being told to their customers. Why didn't they tell me this when I called on the 21st? Anyways I got a quote from them, it's double what I was paying. Ridiculous. Never again recommending or doing any business with these people. read more

First of all they want to charge you for every little thing they do for you.... as if they were doing me a favor...no they are doing their Job!!!! i am paying processing fees to pay online on top if i want to pay it in perosn they charge me $5 really? and then they round off the dollar amnout to their advantage! what kind of business is this?? they take extreamly long to help us out one time we were there for about 1 hr waiting... its sad to say that yes it was my fault to let my fiance choose this insurance company because we are paying less but after our 6 month insurance is over we will be changing to State Farm or Progressive . this kind of company is directed to latinos that do not have drivers license and Adrianas is available to provide them with easy insurance this company is taking advantage of the situation and its not fair yes there is a thin line between taking advantage anf calling it a business.. I am really disappointed with the Customer Service!! They charge fees for everything. I was with them for 4 years always paid in time but the day my family was a victim of a hit and run caused by a drunk driver they pretty much said you are on your own. Our vehicle was total loss. I was hesitant to buy a policy there I was worried it might b getto it turned out u was right paid for 6 months upfront when it came time for renewal the premium went up 40% I paid on other six months but decided to shop around within 5 days I got a much deal with geico I called to cancel talked to Alexandra at the office she said she could not cancel my ins unless I showed or her prof of insurance I told her u are not required to ask me for prof ur not the law how about if I don't have the car or I don't drive anyway I could not get her to do it I asked for her supervisor to call never did I had to drive over there and show prof of ins.. read more

Got things done pretty quick. Personally, I feel this place is better than Freeway Insurance. My rates and down payment was cheaper than anyone from Freeway, even with the same company. Obviously there are broker fees(for those complaining), but that's because they're doing a service you could do if you looked on your own and would take 20x longer to do. Still cheaper than The General and other big companies I looked into. read more

Prepare to pay more than what was agreed with the agent. I get my quote, charges me some bullshit (broker) fee $200 on first bill, I am fine since I am going to be paying 40+ a month, get my statement it is $65.84. Even the way the agents do business seems like they are unsure as to what they are doing. I was given my quote based on the info I gave, my card was processed for $200, the girl sees that I have some pt in my DL and decides to let me know that I am going to pay more, after running my card, I decide to leave since I would rather pay my full coverage at farmers over their bullshit, she says I'll still get my 40+ month bill due on the 9nth of the months, I get a statement for 60+ due on the 29th.. WTF!! I am going to cancel all this and ask that my mom and family due the same, I can only imagine how complicated things will get if I get in an accident having this company backing me up. If this was a trust-fall exercise I'm sure they would not only fail to catch me, they would make off with my wallet while I am at floor. read more
