My son called for a quote and was rushed to get the insurance. They of course wanted card info over the phone and we went into the office same day. Cancelled this insurance in less than 24 hours. He paid a deposit of over $800 and was told the transaction couldn't be voided or cancelled. He would have to wait for a refund. A refund of $300 was sent to him and now we have to do a fraud claim/charge back thru the bank. He received paperwork stating if cancelled within30 days he would receive a full refund. But now there are all these fees. They are a bunch of frauds at this business. Not to mention they sent proof of payment for someone else with all of their information including personal information.
