The Victoria location is very convenient place to register the vehicles, get new driver's licenses, purchase insurance, book a vacation, etc. The highlight of AAA membership for me, though, is the security in knowing that a service vehicle will be dispatched within moments of contacting AAA and they've always delivered - without exception. We pay for an extended plan which allows for a 100 mile at no additional cost tow. Fortunately we haven't needed to use this service more than once, but it easily covered the cost of the 40 mile tow to a repair shop in Ventura.

Ray spent over three hours on the phone with me answering my endless list of questions with total patience and zero rushing. He explained everything in a way that was actually easy to understand, broke down confusing terms, and helped me feel confident that I was choosing the right coverage for what my household truly needs (not just whatever spits out the lowest quote). He also called my mortgage company with me and streamlined the entire process of canceling the homeowners insurance being paid through escrow and getting the new State Farm policy in place. That alone saved me so much time and stress. Ray had helped me immensely when living in California, and so I know the customer service doesn't stop after the deal is made. He is always a text away (like a good neighbor) with a very speedy and efficient response. His follow through is incomparable. Now that he's set us up in Arizona, I know I can confidently expect the same. You just don't get this kind of top-tier, first-class customer service - especially in insurance. Never heard back from them! I can only assume they don't need the business or are very unprofessional. I guess I'll stay with my current provider VNGO, at least they reply to my questions.

I am not sure about the business or any other agents here, but there is an Agent that is employed here by the name of Phena Demyon. We had our entire family here with a total of 5 auto policies and 1 renters policy. We have all left and taken our business elsewhere! This agent has dropped the ball and fell short of what customer service and professionalism truly stands for! On numerous occasions to say the least, we have all had an issue with her professionalism on an individual basis. Phena Demyon just does meet the mark whatsoever! Phena will sell you with a good song and dance. But when it comesU to delivering she continues to fall short of being an Insurance professional! We have all left this company due to the Phena's unprofessionalism and her lack of finalizing tasks! But the straw that broke the camels back was when the payment portal was having technical issues and one of our policies were canceled. I have screenshots to prove the system was not working. But did not receive any satisfaction from the issue. After the policy was canceled Phena told us it would take Mercury Insurance 15 days to rewrite our policy! You have to be kidding me! So this Insurance Agent thought it was okay that we be without an automobile policy for 15days?!!! So what were we supposed during the 15days it would take underwriting to rewrite the policy? I have been insuring my vehicles for over 30yrs and I have never heard of this non-sense ever! I immediately called another company and had the same policy with Mercury the same day. 15days huh?
