Please Read Before you work do business with this company…read moreI had an appointment with Tyler Budnik from American Legacy Solutions in mid-September to possibly change my Medicare Advantage plan for next year. He came to my house & I decided to go with Alignment Insurance. In October I received my new insurance card & I was unaware that my new insurance started October 1st. When my prescription delivery service notified me that my prescriptions were ready, but Humana was not my insurance anymore, I immediately called Tyler & asked him why he would start my insurance on October 1st, he said that this has never happened to him in 3 years & he will get Humana back for me. I would call & or text him so he didn't forget what he said he would do & each time he lied saying that its almost done. He lied to me one too many times, so I went online & wrote bad reviews, I did not want anyone else to use Tyler. Then I received a call from Jayson Cohen founder/CEO of American Legacy Solutions, after he saw the reviews he told me to send him all information & emails with Tyler & to write Re: RAPID DISENROLLMENT & he would make sure he would take care of it. He never did a thing & I never heard from him again. A week or so later I received a call from Kevin from same company wanting to help me. No way would I do business with this company. This is how bad it got. I was on Humana Giveback; I received $57 back to my Social Security check every month. November & December my checks were $57 less so that was a loss. I had appointments with my Nephrologist, Endocrinologist, PCP, Dermatologist, Ophthalmologist, Dentist & I had to cancel all of them. I am a senior & these appointments were extremely important. I had no idea that Tyler would be the worst broker ever, so I had told my girlfriend to use him. She made an appointment with Tyler & she told him she wanted her coverage to start Nov 1st. She started getting worried as November got closer because she hadn't received any paperwork, so she called the new insurance & they had nothing on her. She called Tyler but he never called her back.

This is very disturbing and upsetting as this fellow got me invested in something g with all my family money and now has disappeared. Last I spoke to him month ago he was out of the country. Makes sense now. Stay away.

I always had and still have to call them after they were paid in full. Patrick later admitted that he didn't know what he was doing regarding a particular insurance policy I needed. He was also the cause of a $55,300 not being paid to me because the insurance wasn't done properly. Took him over 4 months and I went somewhere else. Also, Patrick and his assistant have a $900 of mine that going on 72 days today that I have not been reimbursed. Please don't use this company they lie and don't know what they're doing on most things.

The Victoria location is very convenient place to register the vehicles, get new driver's licenses, purchase insurance, book a vacation, etc. The highlight of AAA membership for me, though, is the security in knowing that a service vehicle will be dispatched within moments of contacting AAA and they've always delivered - without exception. We pay for an extended plan which allows for a 100 mile at no additional cost tow. Fortunately we haven't needed to use this service more than once, but it easily covered the cost of the 40 mile tow to a repair shop in Ventura.
