My husband realized he was getting screwed on his auto insurance so he started shopping around. I called Mercury to get him a quote and while on the phone, I figured it couldn't hurt to see if I could get a cheaper policy, too. For the same insurance I have now, the estimate was almost DOUBLE! The woman on the phone told me I better check with my original broker as she was pretty sure I only had liability insurance and that's why it was so cheap. Freaked out, I called Tony to clarify and find out exactly what my policy covered. He was so kind, straight to the point and broke it all down for me. He reassured me I had a great full-coverage policy at such a great price that it would be nearly impossible to find anywhere else (I started this policy almost 10 years ago). He is a really nice guy with a good sense of humor and works hard to get you a good deal. Thanks again, Tony!
