Jill and her team are caring, well informed and always respond promptly. Once I had a broken tire, her team helped me arrange the towing truck and her team checked on me via text the whole time. Another time the sheriff called the towing truck for me because my broken car had blocked the traffic, and they submitted the claim for me and I got the refund check in no time. Before having Jill as my insurance agent, I had progressive insurance and never really had an agent. So I have no other insurance agent to compare with.
