All I can say is this guy sells a good game. But at the end of the day, he is the INVISIBLE Man. So frustrating to say the least.

I am not sure about the business or any other agents here, but there is an Agent that is employed here by the name of Phena Demyon. We had our entire family here with a total of 5 auto policies and 1 renters policy. We have all left and taken our business elsewhere! This agent has dropped the ball and fell short of what customer service and professionalism truly stands for! On numerous occasions to say the least, we have all had an issue with her professionalism on an individual basis. Phena Demyon just does meet the mark whatsoever! Phena will sell you with a good song and dance. But when it comesU to delivering she continues to fall short of being an Insurance professional! We have all left this company due to the Phena's unprofessionalism and her lack of finalizing tasks! But the straw that broke the camels back was when the payment portal was having technical issues and one of our policies were canceled. I have screenshots to prove the system was not working. But did not receive any satisfaction from the issue. After the policy was canceled Phena told us it would take Mercury Insurance 15 days to rewrite our policy! You have to be kidding me! So this Insurance Agent thought it was okay that we be without an automobile policy for 15days?!!! So what were we supposed during the 15days it would take underwriting to rewrite the policy? I have been insuring my vehicles for over 30yrs and I have never heard of this non-sense ever! I immediately called another company and had the same policy with Mercury the same day. 15days huh? Phena Demyon/Thousand Oaks Insurance Agency This place is the worst! Take your business to professionals not these novices.

This agent has relocated to Idaho. I was having a lot of…read moredifficulty getting Jessica to respond. I noticed on other review sites similar experiences so I stopped by her office. I was told by Maria that Ms. Sawyer had relocated to Idaho. After posting a negative review on Google, Ms. Sawyer began communicating with me regarding my claim. We either spoke on the phone or sent texts. We had scheduled a phone call for 10:00 the morning of January 15th. Here is what the text messages read which were sent the evening before: Jessica: "Our office close at 5pm." Me: " The roofer is running late so we will have to discuss tomorrow since it will be after 5." Jessica: "Okay, that sounds good. When is a good time for me to reach out? " Me: " The times are PST so one hour later in Idaho. 7:30-8:00, 10:00-10:15, 11:45-12:15, Anytime after 3:00." Jessica: "perfect, thank you for sending the times. I will call you at 10 am tomorrow. Have a good evening." The next day at 10:00 am Jessica did not call. I waited a few minutes and called her. I also sent a text. There wasn't any response on my phone. I called again. Later I noticed Jessica had sent an email to me. We had never communicated by email.She sent the email at 9:13 that morning telling me I needed to find a new agent. I didn't receive an explanation. I had an open claim and an agent who wouldn't help me. I was provided with some phone numbers to call so I could change agents and handle my claim. Jessica Sawyer did provide an 800 number to call and sent multiple photos of herself. Neither provided any assistance with my claim. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional
