Kalua made traveling so much easier and eliminated one less thing to worry about. The original side-entry van I had reserved was in the shop, so we were given a rear-entry van instead. It actually worked out better because we didn't have to search for wheelchair-accessible parking spaces to unload from the side. On top of that, Kalua even told us not to worry about refilling the gas tank because of the vehicle change. The rental price was also very reasonable, especially compared to another company that charged more than twice as much and added extra à la carte fees for everything. The big plus was that you can cancel anytime and get your full refund(within reasonable notice) and reschedule with no fee. Our family of 12 were thrilled with the service we received from Kalua. We "ran" into him on our way to the elevator at the airport and he walked with us to the van. He got the keys out of the lock box and provided parking suggestions, since our hotel could not accommodate the van height. Everything was done online or through text and response was always quick before and during rental. The price could not be beat. We were even offered a second van, if we needed more room. The vans are older. Ours had a little body damage and a little run down, but it ran great and we were comfortable and able to all travel together. I'd use them, even if we were a smaller group of 2.
