I think I found my new Rental Car joint, whenever I need to take out a rental car when my company vehicle is in the shop for repairs....... My low mileage piece of crap Dodge Grand Caravan crapped out on me again, as motor oil started to leak out of the rear main seal. For work, I'm basically on the road the whole day, so anytime my company vehicle goes into the shop, automatically we are instructed to take out a rental. Normally, I've been going to the ilikai hotel to take out a rental, but I've had numerous issues with the service that I got from that rental car company, so luckily for me, I found Enterprise Rent-A-Car just a block away from the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Not only is this rental car much closer to the Cutter Dodge dealership, but the service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Upon walking into the rental car agency, the friendly clerk greeted me & processed my rental within 5 minutes. I was totally stunned at how efficient she did this, and upon having me sign a few electronic papers, she then told me to go into an elevator & head up to the "L' floor of the garage. Upon heading up to the "L" floor (or top floor of the garage), another clerk had my vehicle ready, and upon doing a quick look around the vehicle, I just jumped in, and took off. Easy peasy my friends!!! When I returned the rental today, I didn't even need to go into the Enterprise office, as the clerk who processed my eental vehicle return in the garage, did all of the closing of the tab. To top it off, the staff even gave me a ride back to the Cutter Dodge dealership! There's something to be said of great service.........that's how you keep loyal customers! Fast, easy, and convenient car rental. During this visit to Oahu, we rented a jeep from this Enterprise location only due to the fact that they open at 7:30am instead of 8 like the location at our hotel. We needed our car early for an excursion that we needed to get to. When we picked up our car, the service was fast and friendly. We got the car we reserved, and it was clean with a full tank of gas. My recent experience with this rental place left me frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to their customer service team for help with booking a vehicle via my car insurance company. The representative I spoke with seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and even gave conflicting information. After multiple follow-ups, I was still left with no clear solution, and no one took ownership of the problem. Good customer service is about listening, taking responsibility, and helping the customer feel valued. Unfortunately, Enterprise failed on all counts. I hope they seriously reevaluate their approach, because based on this experience, I will not be returning--and I wouldn't recommend them to others. read more

I had a small fender bender and needed a rental while my car was at the body shop. My insurance company suggested Enterprise and since I have used them, happily, on and off, for years, I agreed. Lovely Alex checked me in and got me into a car in 20 minutes. They kept me informed along the 5 day rental as to what was going on which I appreciated. When I returned the car, their wonderful coordinator TJ checked me in and had me delivered back to the auto shop. They are all so nice and more importantly, efficient. This may be the most courteous and respectful rental car office I have ever been in. (I average about 45 rental days per year.) My car was in the shop and the shop arranged for a rental at this Enterprise office. Before I arrived they called to say my rental car was ready. When I arrived at the office and they escorted me to the elevator, the agent stopped to point out the correct ramp to drive into when I returned the vehicle. He then proceeded to the elevator, pushed the button and gave me clear directions where to go when I got off the elevator. Upstairs there was a couple in front of me. After the agent finished with them, he confirmed my name, and then asked if I was okay with the make and model of car they had chosen for me. I was. He gave me clear and detailed directions on how to get out of the parking garage. When I returned, he asked if everything was okay with the rental. It was. We finished the paperwork. He then asked if there was anything they could have done TO MAKE IT BETTER! I had nothing to add. The agent then thanked me for being a customer, again, (this is important because their garage might otherwise be confusing to people), gave me clear directions to the elevator and the correct button to push and, because I was getting an Uber, explained that using the nearby restaurant as a pickup spot might make it easier for the Uber driver to find me. I have had really good experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I have had really bad experiences. Fortunately for me, the Kapiolani Blvd. Enterprise location is one of the better experiences I have had with the company. When I dropped off my car to City Fender for repairs, City Fender had called Enterprise for a shuttle to pick-me-up. When the shuttle first arrived, I thought it may have been for another man that was also waiting, but when the Enterprise shuttle driver and I realized it was actually for me, I hopped right on in. The shuttle driver was quick (but safe) to drop me off at Enterprise and gave me directions on how to locate their office downstairs. You just take the elevator down to the ground floor. When I arrived to the office, I was promptly assisted and given information and options related to the car rental, and once I signed off and paid my $50 deposit (required even if insurance is covering the rental but will be refunded should there be no issues when you return the car), the employee helping me had informed me I could head up to Level L to pick-up my car. Similarly to the shuttle driver, the young man in the office was personable and professional. Now, I did get a little confused about where to go since I didn't realize I had to head back to the same floor I was on, but you just select "K/L" level. I believe you may also have to walk up one up but if not, you should be right back where the shuttle dropped you off. When I arrived at Level L, a young man walked over to assist me, and it took me a second to realize this was the same man that had dropped me off. I wish I had gotten a name but you really cannot miss him because of his infectious smile, impeccable style, and friendly/professional demeanor. He walked me over to a 2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid and we did the walk around to see if there were damages, and then I was off on my way to new tiny car horizons. I actually quite enjoyed my car rental so much that when it came time to return the car, I did feel a little sad lol. But similarly to pick-up, drop-off was just as easy, and one of their shuttle drivers was quick to drop myself as well as some other customers off at their respective repair shops. Overall, if you ever are in need of a rental car, I would highly recommend the Enterprise location on Kapiolani Blvd. While the parking itself is quite small and cramped, the customer service is just outstanding and everything about the experience was quick, easy, and convenient. read more

Had an awful experience with this enterprise location. Walked in with my husband without a reservation while we were on vacation. We just wanted to have a car for a day. My husband does not speak English very well. We were greeted by a young lady with glasses at the counter named Bree. I feel like she was being very racist towards my husband because she continued to cut him off and seemed impatient and rolling her eyes while he was trying to speak with her. She made multiple comments in a very rude tone about how she could not understand him. We were so disappointed we just left. Rented from Enterprise May 2024 when recall was performed on my truck and Cutter Dodge set up the rental. I recieved a charged Dec 2024 and I have not used enterprise since then. I filled the charge as fraud but was rejected because enterprise provided my information from May. I am currently filing another dispute because I did not authorize this charge. I did not recieve any notification or reciept on this charge. I know it was not me because I moved to CA in August and have not been to Honolulu since then. I do not know how they are able to provide my driver's license to claim that this charge is from me. And why am I being charge 7 months after my initial rental. Even though I was charged and refunded because Cutter Dodge was suppose to cover the cost of the rental. Hope this is an isolated case but if you rent from here beware of extra charges to your cards after your rental. read more

So while my car is in the shop State Farm provided a rental car through enterprise. Upon dropping my car off at the body shop I walked over to enterprise to get a vehicle. They were all really nice. Walked me up to the roof to where the cars are. The person up there said they only had two cars left a Nissan kick and a Toyota Corolla . I told them that I needed a car comparable to my 7 season Toyota Highlander as this is our family car and a family of 6. They said they don't have and would be expecting drop offs after lunch that they would call me to replace the vehicle. I was doing this in my lunch break so I figured kill come after work. I called after work and they said they could not upgrade me that they needed me to pay out of pocket for a larger vehicle . Mind u no one called me to inform me that . So I couldn't call State Farm till the next day ‍ called State Farm the following morning and they changed the vehicle size for me. Called enterprise Kapiolani back and they said they didn't have any large vehicles. I asked if any of their other locations did. They said "oh you can call the other enterprises if you want". I asked politely wouldn't you guys be able to accommodate that? Person said no we don't . I did not get a vehicke change out. I called on Friday to repeat the process and was told that I am at the top of the list for the first large suv they get back and that they would call me. No one called me at all or to tell me that they close the whole weekend. Over the weekend I asked multiple different locations and no one could help . It's now Monday and I called first thing when they opened to ask if I could switch. They said they have a large suv coming back at lunch and that it's for me . They are now closed and I have not received a call saying it was ready or that it wasn't. In 5 days I have not been called once from them. Very dissatisfied and if this was not an insurance claim by someone else's insurance that hit me I would go with someone else. read more

The whole process couldn't have been smoother. When I arrived, they had me in a car in less then 10 minutes. Victoria was super friendly and professional. The whole process was equally as smooth upon returning the car. I drove the car to the drop off area. They inspected it, gave me my receipt and away I went. Tip # 1 - When you call, make sure you're calling the actual local branch on Kapiolani Blvd. The first time I Googled Enterprise and called, I got some centralized reservation office. They quoted me an extremely high daily price. Then I called the local number for the Kapiolani branch and got a much better price. Tip # 2- If you take your car into Kaimuki Auto Repair, the Enterprise on Kapiolani will give you a discounted rate of $34/day. With taxes it cones to $44/day. Tip # 3 - They close at 12 noon on Saturday and reopen on Monday morning so if you don't return the car by noon Saturday then you'll have to pay for Sunday as well. Will definitely come back to this branch when I need a car in the future. read more

i rented a car from this location on 9/8/23. the desk agent, jasmine, was very helpful and kind. She offered to carry the child's car seat from the office to the rental car. i am a senior so i really appreciated her help because car seat is bulky and heavy. at the desk i was assigned a toyota corolla. when jasmine found out that my own car is a toyota prius she changed to a prius on the spot. it was easier for me to drive since i am familiar w/the controls. one not good thing was the condition of the car. i drove straight home from the rental office, which took about 25 minutes. enroute the tire pressure indicator light came on and stayed on. i called the rental office when i got home and spoke with kim who said i could bring the car back and get another one. instead i had the tires checked. all FOUR tires were 4-6 lbs. low. after adding air to all the tires, the indicator light went off. another issue with the car - after driving for about 30 minutes on two different occasions, an orange indicator light flashed on and off twice. it was so fast that i couldn't tell what it was for. i reported this and the tire situation to the rental agent when i returned the car. read more

Enterprise provides a service the other car rentals don't. They pick you up and drop you off, to a point. Although they close at 5 pm, to get dropped off a mile away, I had to return the car by 3:30 pm so the driver could get back by 5 pm. I know traffic is bad here but 90 minutes to go 2 miles? Second is that the associate who checked me in said I had to bring back the car to the same location but a customer representative on the phone said I could return it to another location. Bogus information bothers me. I had the option to return the car to another location and I did. Third is that the car I got had a leak in one tire and it was pretty dirty, especially inside the back windshield. I could barely see outside when the sun was shining on it. The rims looked like it hadn't been washed in two months. Fourth is that they tell you to return the car with a full tank but give it to you a good 3 gallons less than full. However, the staff is friendly and helpful except for the guy who said I had to bring the car back to the same location. Thank God he wasn't the one who checked me in. read more

I am a long time Alamo customer, purely because they usually have the lowest rates when I travel. I've had my share of Alamo horror stories over time: vomit in the car, side mirrors falling off, and I even got one rental car impounded in San Francisco which resulted in an entire July 4th trying to get it out (just FYI, try not to get your rental car impounded in SF on a holiday). Needless to say, I've never been excited about renting a car. If you're reading this, you probably aren't excited about renting a car either. But this time IT WAS EXCITING. LOCATION--this was conveniently located (for me, but maybe not for you) in the building on Kapiolani between Pensacola/Piikoi that has The Original Pancake House, Gyu-Kaku and Princess Bride. **This location is not close to the airport, if you're visiting** They have a shuttle that picked me up and brought me to their location. The shuttle driver was courteous, polite (asked if the A/C was too cold, opened the doors for me, walked me down to the office instead of just dumping me off on the street) and just a nice change from the gruff and grumpy old drivers I'm used to. STAFF-omg these guys were definite eye candy!! (They are FINE!!) I couldn't help but stare into the eyes of the guy who was helping me! In addition to being nice to look at, he was extremely efficient, so I didn't get to drool for too long. CARS-they are on-site in the parking garage above the office. A different hottie brought me upstairs to choose my vehicle. He was extremely thorough and went through the whole checklist etc...I went during a non-holiday weekday so I had a surprisingly nice assortment to choose from: Prius, Cadillac, Sebring, Corolla. I spied what looked like someone's cherry red Volvo S60 in one space and jokingly said, "I want to drive that Volvo". And he said, "that one is $5 more". Whaaatt? SWEET!! That car was awesome!! It was a 2012 model with only 5000 miles on it! All the new technology blew me away--(If you drive a newer model car, stop reading right now because this will not impress you at all)--KEYLESS pushbutton start, USB charging ports, AUX jack, BLUETOOTH ready car!! FUN. FUN. FUN. I'm not sure if they were just seasonal help for the Christmas season, but the staff and service at this location were outstanding. My insurance coordinated rental from Enterprise when I took my vehicle in for repairs. I was kinda skeptical after reading the mediocre reviews of this location, but in the end was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Upon registering for a reservation on Enterprise's sent email, I selected a luxury vehicle due to my back pains, but when I arrived, they only had little economy cars or vans available. I was disappointed because I had a confirmation number for my selection. I had another appointment so reluctantly I took the economy Toyota Corolla. Disgruntled, I later called to voice my concerns. Brandon(?) answered the phone and pleasantly apologized and said he'll call me back. Within 30 minutes, Bandon called back and got a full size vehicle for me from another location. We had some coordination issues, but Brandon made sure to get me a vehicle. Bandon called me back four times to coordinate and apprise me of the vehicle going beyond the usual customer service. Cutter Dodge called for a warranty rental vehicle at 750a-ish. Waited and waited and around 8:30a I asked my service advisor about the rental and he was surprised I wasn't picked up yet. I told him I saw a father daughter get picked up but thought it was a family member picking them up. He said they came after and it was suppose to be your pick up/dual pickup. Enterprise came and picked me up and finally was able to get into the rental car and put by 9a. Missed some work meetings and hope I didn't miss out on a contract. Enterprise and their workers need to get the paperwork on who they need to pick up before just driving over. If I could give them a negative score I would. I'm checking my service advisor if I can just drop the rental vehicle off when I pick my truck up since I don't want to waste any more time with them and almost would rather pay more to use National or Avis for my business travel when using my AMEX. read more

Here is my story: Point 1- I rented a vehicle at a different location, wanting to return it to the Kapiolani location because of the logistics to my repair shop. I did this because the rental location was close my afternoon assignment and it was easy for me to walk over to the rental location. Point 2- I asked for a AAA Rate because that's what AAA said I could do since I used AAA to tow my car to the repair shop So, comes time to return the car, I call to ask if they would be able to drop me off at my mechanics' shop and was told no can do because of the distance. I then ask if I can return the vehicle to a location closer to my mechanics' shop and was told "Sure! But there is a drop charge..." I then proceed to call the Kapiolani location to find out if I can drop it off with them and get a ride to my mechanics' shop and the long and short of this was "Yes, I can, don't fret the drop charge, I will handle it internally" As to the rate, AAA was $5 per day less than the so called "Discounted" rate. So I don't know how they figured I got a "good" rate.... Moral to the story? Behind every cloud is a silver lining. Holy moly! This place is the definition of customer service! The customer is ALWAYS put first! Carlos and his team are EXCEPTIONAL! I would drive all the way here just to experience the service they offer. I've been renting a long term rental for the past 9 months due to my car being out of service (there's no fix yet for my car!). The car I was renting's registration was expiring this month and I was asked to switch out the car. I fell in LOVE with the car I was renting and asked if I could get another one. They informed me they didn't have any at the moment but that they would call me as soon as one came in. A week went by and this past Monday they called me saying they had a car in for me! The next day, I called to ensure there was still an Altima available for me to pick up. Sure enough, there was one! As soon as I arrived, the guys at the drop off informed me my car was already ready and the papers were already processed. I didn't even have to go downstairs to the office! I did inform the young man that was helping me that I was supposed to bring the car back at half tank but I had JUST filled up the day before. He told me I could bring the car back at empty to get my half tank back. YAY! They also validated my ticket and I was out of there within 5 minutes! What AWESOME service! Unfortunately, the next day, the car I had just picked up gave me a warning sign and I immediately called to ask what I should do. They told me they had another Altima available for me to pick up. Sadly, this location isn't close to my house and I didn't want to drive my car all the way to town with warning lights on. I picked up a car at Enterprise Aiea and drove that car to town the next day. Again, I was HIGHLY impressed by the service I received. Carlos called me in the morning once again informing me the car was ready. Once I pulled up, Blake informed me he had been waiting for me. The car was again already prepped and waiting on the side for me. Blake with paperwork in hand so I didn't have to go downstairs to the office. I also was very impressed with the condition of the car. It was pretty much flawless! No scratches or dents and it was super shiny! Blake even gave me a tour of the car and showed me the basic buttons on the car (trunk, gas, hood, etc). He even struck up a conversation with me about what happened with my previous rentals and what happened to my actual car. He was very personable and genuinely interested in my whole car situation. Again, I was out of there within 10 minutes! (a few extra minutes was due to talking). Carlos and his team are like a well oiled machine! After the left side of my car was damaged in an accident, All-State insurance set me up with a rental car at Enterprise for the five days that my vehicle was in the shop getting repaired. I initially drove to the Ala Moana location but after seeing the horrid reviews I had my fiance turn our car around and we headed to the Kapiolani location which has much better ratings on Yelp. First off, this location is really easy to miss but it's conveniently located in the heart of town across from the Honolulu Design Center. We called ahead to make sure they had vehicles and the girl on the phone was really pleasant. When we entered their offices to pick-up the vehicle the woman at the counter was also really great and quick to help us. Upstairs we went to grab our car and picked out a Mazda for our rental. The vehicle was very clean and it was reliable transportation for the next five days. I returned the car a few days later and had forgotten to fill up the tank with gas. The woman at the counter was nice enough to give me the regular gas rate as opposed to the normal up-charge rate which I thought was really thoughtful. Super service, very easy to work with and great location. They even offer shuttle service if you need to get picked up or dropped off. This is probably a three location Enterprise Rent a Car review. I had gotten into an accident and the body shop I used connected me with the University Branch of Enterprise. Reservations were made for an economy car considering my insurance company was only covering $20 of the cost. The day I brought my car in for repair I was told there was a problem. The University branch had run out of car and I'd have to use this Kapiolani Branch. So I wait at the body shop and a guy comes to pick me up. He says he's sorry he's late but they don't usually come out here to where my body shop is. Okay, not my problem right? He takes me to this Kapiolani branch and the wait begins. The clerk working alone seems to be overwhelmed. The demanding guy ahead of me probably wasn't helping either. Finally my turn. He ask me what type of car I want. i say cheap because my insurance company is only covering it partially and I'm only using it for five days. He tells me he's out of economy cars. Okay, again, not my problem right? I guess he feels sorry for me and gives me a break, he's going to upgrade me for free. I say super and he takes me in the lot to "pick" a car. Unfortunately there is only one car available. A silver Chevy Malibu License STD-748. I only say the plate because I hope nobody rents this in the futures unless it's problem gets corrected. The car was reasonably clean, I can't complain. It's probably much better than an economy car I would have got. I'm only supposed to use it for five days so I can live with it right? My mistake for assuming. Two days later I notice a cockroach on the seat. I totally understand, we're in Hawaii, there's bugs. I can live with one bug. But no, that evening I see another roach. When I pull my phone out of the little slot they have in the center console theres another roach squished on my phone. I'm grossing out now and because of the time, I can't do much to return a car and figured, three more days of using this won't kill me. I toss a sticky roach trap on the floor. The next morning I find it loaded. I throw two more in because I can't do anything about this car. I've got twelve hour days ahead of me. Live with it right? The weekend come's the roaches are two much to handle. I tell a friend about my problem and he recommends his friend a manager in Waikiki to help me. Because yelp doesn't allow huge dissertations, long story short, I was on hold forever, called back, on hold, finally got through and the female I wanted to speak to was busy and I was told to call back later. I didn't have the time in my day to keep calling or waiting for a call. i had two hours to take car this car and it was obvious i wasn't going to have enough time to do it. Again, because yelp wants me to shorten this, my body shop part of the problem promised five days and delivered in fifteen. I returned this rent a car to the University Branch. After some confusion of why I was there and not Kapiolani it was cleared up. I then told the girl about the vehicles roach infestation. She was genuinely apologetic, I appreciated it. I heard her say we could waive and then she cut herself off. She went back to the main window and explained the roaches and the guy behind it just stared at me. Okay fine, don't waive anything but don't make me feel like I put the roaches in the roach traps! The girls tells me they'll email me the receipt after they get reimbursed from my insurance company. I never did get a receipt. Two weeks after I returned the car and get a charge on my credit card for the full price i contact Enterprise for a copy of my receipt to take back to my insurance company. I will probably still use Enterprise in the future as I have always on the Continental US but I will not only check the exterior for dings before I leave the lot but for infestations inside the car! I posted pics of the sticky roach traps I had put in the Malibu. They caught everything from babies to adults. I should write a five star review on the roach trap! read more

Enterprise was having a weekend promo ($10/day, Fri-Mon, 100 mile/day limit) at select rental locations. We decided to take advantage of this deal to explore the North Shore and other parts of Oahu. We made reservations online and came to pick up our car on Friday morning. Service at the front desk went pretty quick then we were escorted up to the upper level of a garage where they keep their fleet. The guy upstairs reviewed our paperwork and showed us our options for the economical cars. We decided to go with a Honda Fit. The service guy inspected the car with us and noted all the dings and scratches before we left. The car was clean and worked fine without any problems. To our surprise we were even able to fit 2 mountain bikes in the trunk. On Monday morning we arrived at the garage and returned the car to the garage on time. The service guy failed to tell us we were suppose to go downstairs to close out our paperwork and pick up our receipt so we left! Later that day Enterprise called to confirm we dropped the car off on time. We missed the call so we got about 2 more calls after that. We called back and didn't have time to stop into the office so they took a verbal confirmation and closed out our paperwork. 1. Make sure to go to the office before leaving after you drop off the car. 2. When you reach about half way up the garage an attendant hands you a card with a time stamp. I don't know what they do with that card after you leave but they should staple it to your paperwork so it shows the office what time you returned the car. For the price, fleet, convenience of location and counter customer service I would rent from this location again. read more

8/6 Update Called Enterprise at 9:05 a.m. because the shuttle wasn't here for the pre-arranged pick-up at 9 a.m. Spoke with Grace who said the shuttle was on its way. Twenty-five minutes later, no shuttle! When I look up, the shuttle is driving by without picking me up! I'm yelling and waving, running into the street, but it doesn't stop. I have to call the company AGAIN! Grace says she will send the driver right back... Ten minutes later, no shuttle, so I call Enterprise YET AGAIN! Now Grace is going to send another driver because the other driver is nowhere to be seen! So I have to wait again, when I am busy and have things to do...What a waste of time caused by an inefficient company! Ali comes to pick me up and profusely apologizes for the delay and confusion. What a nice young man! Why isn't everyone like Ali?! 8/4/2016 Needed a rent-a-car because my car will be in the shop for repair (long story!), so called Enterprise. They were recommended by my insurance carrier. Once all the questions were answered, I was told that I had to call another number to schedule my pick-up at the auto body shop at my desired time. That was a hassle, having to call the same number I called earlier to schedule pick-up! Couldn't the person I was talking to do that?! Once I scheduled my pick-up, I was advised that I would have to pay upfront a $50 deposit for the rent-a-car and it would be refunded upon return of the car in "satisfactory" condition. 1. I need the car to get around since my car will be in the shop. I'm not in the habit of trashing rent-a-cars or any other cars for that matter! 2. This was an auto accident and I was the innocent victim and I vehemently resent having to pay ANYTHING to anyone for someone else's negligence, inattention, and stupidity, namely the stupid woman that hit me at a red light because she was texting! 3. Promises of great customer service by a company are negated by all the "catches" that aren't covered. Just be truthful and say "we only do what we have to and really don't go above and beyond, only say we do!" read more

This is the best place to rent a car while on O'ahu. Locals and tourists alike- stay away from all the rental places in Waikiki and Ala Moana Center. This location is on Kapiolani and caters more to the business crowd. The best thing is the weekend special, which is $9.99 a day (comes to $42 overall). You pick it up on a Friday and return it the same time Monday. It's a fantastic deal, so long as you waive all their unnecessary options and insurance. They have a good supply of cars. I usually have an easy time checking in and returning cars here- they make it as easy as possible. The only reason I can't give five stars is twice my reservation was lost despite having a confirmation number. One time I went it was so busy that getting the car took an hour and all that was left was a full-size truck. This most recent time was my most pleasant: I was greeted and remembered for repeat business. read more

One of the best enterprise location I have ever rented a car. Booked a compact size car and since they were running out of cars, without any hesitation they gave me a free upgrade; a Dodge Challenger. 2016 model with just 4k miles, super clean and looked like brand news. (Adding a couple of pics here) The staff is super nice, didn't pressurize to take any type of insurance and return was easy. You have to drive up 9-10 floors of a parking garage building to return the car though. read more

I tried going off Waikiki to get a better deal on the rental, but I should have just stayed closer to the hotel! First off, apparently their location is not really their location according to GoogleMaps and AppleMaps. So... we spent a good 15 minutes aimlessly walking around a strip mall in the vicinity of the actual Enterprise location. We had to call and they had to guide us using landmarks to locate them (Find the large orange building). Second, even though we had made a reservation, they didn't have a car ready for us. We had to haggle and eventually got a car of similar category, but it wasn't even washed. At that point, we just wanted to get out of there and the other cars offered to us were too small for our needs. Third, the staff seemed unapologetic and indifferent to the situation. Maybe it was because they had a busted a/c... maybe it was because their parking situation is REALLY tight. Whatever the case, we won't be coming back. read more

They had 3 van drop offs in the last 15 minutes. Only one guy at the desk. Slow moving check in line. EDIT: I arrived via enterprise van around 8:10. 2 more van fulls of renters arrived back to back by 8:20. The line was long and still only one guy at the desk. Second desk receptionist might've shown up at 8:30. I didn't leave in my vehicle until 9:00. So 50 minutes is pretty long for a car rental pick up IMO. They were generous with the free upgrade though so less gripes from me. read more

First time at Enterprise Rent a Car. It was a Saturday afternoon and by the time the shuttle picked me up, the car selection was slim. So it was between a Buick or a Sebring. The Buick was way too big so I went with the Sebring. The car wasn't dirty and it wasn't clean in the inside but it'll do. It's a rental. The service there was superb. Four stars for service. The shuttle driver opened the doors for me. When I got to the counter, the team member explained the process to me in plain English. I was brought up to the top floor for the car selection and that was it. I was out of there within 30 minutes. Even when I returned the car, I dropped it off, went downstairs to check out and was out of there within 10 minutes. Quick and easy check out. read more

The car was fine, but the customer service sucks. I wanted to pay with a debit card and they treated me like a criminal. They demanded two utilities bills with my address on, plus, would believe it - THREE REFERENCES!!! That caught me for a loop. After an altercation, we settled on three contacts from my phone list. Then the car. It wasn't there, so I was upgraded to this huge, leather encrusted, Dodge Minivan. It was what I needed to do shopping while my vintage Merc 500SL is in the shop. All good - in the end. My problem is that I look like a street person. But, heh, they deserve respect too. read more
