It's 30 degrees outside and had no power to use the heater so we were stranded. The rental agency calls for a tow truck for the car and a pay ride for me. The personal ride never shows up, saying it's too far out in the middle of nowhere. Four Seasons showed up in a timely manner. They thought they were coming to pick up a vacant car, but ended up coming to our rescue. I was also traveling with a small doggie. They welcomed me and my little girl into the cab. They gave us a ride into town and even delivered us safely to a motel and waited to make sure we were able to secure a room. I don't know what we would have done if we stayed stranded on the side of the road in the cold. As they were vested in the story, they also ended up coming to our rescue once again when again, we couldn't get a pay ride to pick us up from the motel the next morning to get us to the rental car agency 100 miles away. They came to the rescue by having a family friend give us a ride, willing to do it for what the pay ride fee would have been to do it. If they wouldn't have helped us with that, there is no telling how long we would have been stranded at the hotel with no way to find a ride to get out and back on the road. Four Seasons went way above and beyond the call of duty, they were amazing and we are forever grateful to them for literally saving our lives. No telling how long we would have lasted stuck in 30 degree weather. Thank you Four Seasons!

I told him that I didn't care what the car looked like (as it is getting older) but that I just needed it to be fixed so that it was drivable. He stopped what he was doing, brought out some tools, and fixed it up right as I waited! I was thrilled and extremely grateful that he was willing to help. He didn't charge me for the work that he did at that time but let me know what the parts would cost to fix it "right." The estimate he reported to me was under $100. He was very willing to accommodate my upcoming busy work schedule as well, which is great as I didn't get a rental car. After West's closed, I was worried about where I would go to have my car fixed in these type of situations that arise... I am relieved that there is still a body shop in the area that doesn't just try to rip you off! This is the place to go! :)

Service was requested through AAA…read more On 3/3 I hit a patch of ice in a bridge and went off the road about 50 to 60 yards. Fire department arrived and check everything out and said I might have even been lucky the car maybe driveable. So when requesting for tow service coopers called me to inform me they would be coming out to assist. Took them an hour to get to me. No bigge I had no problem waiting. Tow truck arrived started to squeeze him self in between my ride who came to me because they learned I was in an accident and the police officer. Tow truck driver didn't say a word to me and went straight to he car. Hooked up to my rear tire because that's the ok only way to pull me up towards the road. I did tell him we want to see if it's drivable before being towed to a destination. So he hooked up to my rear passenger tire and had me start my car up and put it in neutral and to turn the tires. Mind u he didn't even look there was a tree branch kind in my tires... when I said something about that he went to it and just perked it out before even looking it over. So he pulls me up close to the road and then unhook from my tire and went to hook up towards the front assumption is to pull the front right to make me be parallel to the road so he can pull me up on the trailer. As he was hooking up the front my dad who was there for me saw him hooking u p to my passenger driving axel. My dad asked why he was doing that and the tow truck driver got very ugly from there. Stating do you do this job no then ok let him do his job... my dad said that he knew what he was doing and that my dad works on cars.. they guy ended up saying that either let him do his job or he would be leaving. And then it really passed my dad off yes my dad dis say some words too telling him he was about to f my car up by pulling the car on the axel and it would have ripped it right out of my car.. the guy ended up packing up and drove off and then as he drover off told my dad to f off and flipped him off.​ I would never recommend this company ever!!!! I hope AAA pulls there contract with you guys because ik that will be a big hurt in your pocket.

This company was dispatched to tow it for me. They arrived promptly, with the right equipment--a flatbed truck. The driver was super courteous and efficient and he had the car loaded and off to the dealership very quickly. In the morning, the dealership confirmed that the car had arrived safe and unscathed from its adventure the night before. I would highly recommend this business for its towing service.
