Have been working with this shop for a little while…read more I first started working with them in February of 2019 and they got my wiper motor fixed -- after a while, the part seemingly failed but they replaced it with no charge, which was kind of them despite the part itself failing not being their fault. I've since back back for misc tire maintenance, oil changes, inspections, etc and they do a standup job. Most recently, I got my annual inspection done here. My only complaint was I had no idea their waiting room was closed (due to covid) when I booked it, so I had to scramble to find someone to pick me up last minute. Also, I am not sure whether they inspected my tires carefully or put them up to pressure since one of my tires seems kind of low shortly after the service. Despite that, I have enjoyed my experiences here. I do wish communication was sometimes a tad better, but I think they do a good job and trust their opinions.

I called World Auto after I bought a car and it was delivered without a front plate bracket. After…read moreover an hour on the phone with my limited warranty company and the place I bought the car, I finally found a place that would install it following all the directions from the limited warranty company. I called World Auto and they said they could do the work and immediately ordered the part. The next day they called when it arrived and I was able to bring it in the same day. When I arrived, they called my limited warranty company and straightened everything out for me. They were kind and attentive, and they only charged me for the part, not the 5 min of labor! I am not sure what their other work is like, but I would 100% bring my car to them again.

After multiple visits, lots of run around, TERRIBLE service, I picked up my once beautiful BMW which then had terrible overspray paint everywhere! Nothing was properly taped, front bumper at first wasn't painted, drove away w/ loose wheel!!! And the list goes on so filed formal complaint w/ NYS DMV @ World had to return all insurance money they were paid after DMV investigation & inspection. My car was ruined!!!! The owner is a crooked, dishonest man. RUN!!!!
