It's nice to run into real good people like that and I highly recommend them to everybody and Salamanca and travelers passing through. Happy Fourth of July!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Thoroughly unprofessional and they take too much time…read more I went in to get my summer tires replaced with my winter tires and what followed was an adventure I don't care for. First they ripped a whole in my new winter tire and had to order a new one to replace it. So this meant I had to cancel all my meetings for the next day since I didn't have my car. When I did get my car back the TPMS light was on. The guys in the shop had no clue about how to turn it off. One of them was googling it in front of me. Even after they 'fixed' it, the light came back on immediately. Then I found out that the stem valve on one of the tires was corroded- a fact that no one called me or told me about- EVEN AFTER PAYING AN EXTRA $25 FOR A TOP TO BOTTOM INSPECTION. Sitting in a Mavis right now to find out, once and for all, what the problem is. This is the 3rd day on a row that I have had to cancel all meetings. Please go to Olean, Hornell or even the Rochester to get car work done. The people at this place take advantage of the fact that they are one of the few car repair plces in the village. So they think they can get away with any kind of lazy, horrendous service.

Was traveling on the highway through NY and at about 11PM in the middle of nowhere, a dear darts in…read morefront of my rental car and disables it and I roll to a stop on the side of the highway. It's 30 degrees outside and had no power to use the heater so we were stranded. The rental agency calls for a tow truck for the car and a pay ride for me. The personal ride never shows up, saying it's too far out in the middle of nowhere. Four Seasons showed up in a timely manner. They thought they were coming to pick up a vacant car, but ended up coming to our rescue. I was also traveling with a small doggie. They welcomed me and my little girl into the cab. They gave us a ride into town and even delivered us safely to a motel and waited to make sure we were able to secure a room. I don't know what we would have done if we stayed stranded on the side of the road in the cold. As they were vested in the story, they also ended up coming to our rescue once again when again, we couldn't get a pay ride to pick us up from the motel the next morning to get us to the rental car agency 100 miles away. They came to the rescue by having a family friend give us a ride, willing to do it for what the pay ride fee would have been to do it. If they wouldn't have helped us with that, there is no telling how long we would have been stranded at the hotel with no way to find a ride to get out and back on the road. Four Seasons went way above and beyond the call of duty, they were amazing and we are forever grateful to them for literally saving our lives. No telling how long we would have lasted stuck in 30 degree weather. Thank you Four Seasons!

They way over charge almost double on some parts and way over charge the labor by telling you it will take hours more than necessary...if it takes hours more than anywhere else would take get rid of your garbage dumb mechanic or eat the cost of time you con artists. I've modified my own demolition derby cars and driven them! I've done my own brakes! I've changed my own oil a million times! Don't look at me with a Coach purse, makeup, and long nails and ASSume I'm a clueless female that's an easy mark to overcharge like that... it's not happening because I'm going elsewhere. I saved $675 by getting my parts from Randolph Auto Supply and having them delivered to Tuneys in Kennedy instead. B&B auto in Randolph also quoted $600 less than Bouch's too while using Auto Zone for the parts. The other job Bouch's quoted ~$700. West Herr VW in Williamsville did it for $520.37(I have the receipt next to me on my desk while I write this) and WHVW gave me a loaner new Jetta while they waited for the parts to come in! DO NOT be fooled by the swindlers at Bouch's.
