She is safe, car is good, we live in WNY so, we're going to have winter potholes. But, HUGE learning experience I need to share! she did great, pulled over as far as she could, "called AAA" (I have now learned it's all done on the app), filled out the questionnaire- do you need a ride (or something similar), she checked yes. It then shows you the time when to expect AAA. 16 minutes later(great response time), the flatbed arrives and pulls in front of her simultaneously a vehicle pulls behind her. Here is where you need to pay attention ! A gentleman gets out of the car that's behind her, walks up to her driver side door and says are you OK? She says yes thank you for asking. I have a flat tire he says do you need a ride? Victoria says yes I need a ride, I checked that box on the app. he doesn't respond. She then says to him my dad needs to know if the tire is salvageable and is the rim salvageable as well? He says after looking at the tire your rim looks good but the tire is not salvageable. She says OK can you take a picture so I can send it to my dad, he takes her phone takes a picture of the tire gives it back to her. In the meantime, the very honest and trustworthy tow truck driver gets out of his truck goes to Victoria's vehicle and starts to hook things up and says to her, "do you know that man?" she says "no I thought he was with AAA," the tow truck driver says to her,"he is not,and I know him and he's weird." He has her get in the tow truck with him and he safely brings her back to Bonnie's. Praise God there are kindhearted, trustworthy people out there. My point from this post is - Obviously be careful. But also, rightfully so, it made sense to Victoria that there was the tow truck and a car arriving at the same exact time almost as if they were together! Tell your kid only to talk to the AAA driver! In her mind AAA sent an uber driver for her and a tow truck driver for the SUV. That made sense to me too. I am forever greatful for the protection the AAA driver gave my daughter and made sure she was safe!

Was traveling on the highway through NY and at about 11PM in the middle of nowhere, a dear darts in…read morefront of my rental car and disables it and I roll to a stop on the side of the highway. It's 30 degrees outside and had no power to use the heater so we were stranded. The rental agency calls for a tow truck for the car and a pay ride for me. The personal ride never shows up, saying it's too far out in the middle of nowhere. Four Seasons showed up in a timely manner. They thought they were coming to pick up a vacant car, but ended up coming to our rescue. I was also traveling with a small doggie. They welcomed me and my little girl into the cab. They gave us a ride into town and even delivered us safely to a motel and waited to make sure we were able to secure a room. I don't know what we would have done if we stayed stranded on the side of the road in the cold. As they were vested in the story, they also ended up coming to our rescue once again when again, we couldn't get a pay ride to pick us up from the motel the next morning to get us to the rental car agency 100 miles away. They came to the rescue by having a family friend give us a ride, willing to do it for what the pay ride fee would have been to do it. If they wouldn't have helped us with that, there is no telling how long we would have been stranded at the hotel with no way to find a ride to get out and back on the road. Four Seasons went way above and beyond the call of duty, they were amazing and we are forever grateful to them for literally saving our lives. No telling how long we would have lasted stuck in 30 degree weather. Thank you Four Seasons!

The dot is the lightest area of the tire from the manufacture to assist in balancing the wheel. So I look for weights on my wheel and there is none. I had to take it to another tire place to have it balanced. It took 4oz of weights. It hard to believe that I have to baby sit a tire store on how to install and balance a tire. Now I'm not sure if I even have Nitrogen in it.. Never to return

I saved $675 by getting my parts from Randolph Auto Supply and having them delivered to Tuneys in Kennedy instead. B&B auto in Randolph also quoted $600 less than Bouch's too while using Auto Zone for the parts. The other job Bouch's quoted ~$700. West Herr VW in Williamsville did it for $520.37(I have the receipt next to me on my desk while I write this) and WHVW gave me a loaner new Jetta while they waited for the parts to come in! Took it into a…read moredifferent shop who quoted me $750 to replace the hoses where the leaking was, figured I'd call around and shop for prices, Robs Riverside quoted $500 (if that was the problem and if everything went smoothly, which I completely understood)I was thrilled to save money, they were SUPER accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute. When I brought the car in they were able to fix it for $182 with replacing a hose and cleaning off my back tire which made a new noise when I drove it to the shop, I am SUPERR appreciative of the care they took to my older car and the price was amazing. The car ended up making it all the way to Buffalo and back a few hours later Super friendly staff and I will definitely be going back
