Bob does not want to hire somebody to do the towing, I am not sure why but someone he hired might not have the enthusiasm and dedication to get every single task done correctly. Bob is willing to point out every single item your car is needed after car was towed from an accident, so you have an idea of what is necessary for you car and don't get rip off by other mechanics. Bob is a very responsible guy. I live 2 hours away from this town, after my accident happened, the local sheriff drop me at one of the hotel in Mt Morris. After Bob knows my friend won't be around to pick me up until afternoon, and I have to check out of the hotel.
