I took my vehicle to McCourt's on 12-8-23 after having an accident the day before. I would not recommend using this business. I did not get my car back for over 7 months. When I did get it returned finally, the work was still not completed. I was still missing pieces that should have been installed. This man cannot be trusted to use your money wisely to fix your vehicle. We were told that he would pay for our rental car by him, however, the checks that he wrote to us all bounced. He sublet work to Simmons Rockwell and when it came time to pay for the work, he didn't have the money, so I was responsible if I wanted to get my car back. When the insurance check came for that work, he spent the money, and I never saw it. It has now been almost 11 months, and he owes me $4600 plus interest. After taking him to court, the judgement was in our favor. He said that he doesn't have any money to pay, yet he is still accepting vehicles to work on. This is completely unacceptable and people should be aware so they do not go through what we have been through with him. read more
