Purchased a '24 GMC truck in October. Based on dealings with sales, service and manager on duty I would have given them a zero stars rating if it was possible. They installed locking lug nuts on the vehicle before we purchased it but neglected to put the special tool needed in the car or to even tell us it had the locking lug nuts, and of course they have blamed it on us. I guess it is lucky we discovered it when trying to put on new tires rather than getting stranded somewhere with a flat tire. So had to make a special trip to the dealership to get the locking ones off. Was assured they would be ready to do it when I got there but they weren't. Had to wait for paperwork to be done, then for someone to be "freed up" to do the work. Would definitely recommend staying far, far away from this dealership. read more

I was t-bone and had about 10,000$ worth of damage to my car. I was VERY patient until now. Foxs number one never ever communicated with me I always had to call to get any update of anything . I knew it was going to take time because of damage and the pandemic. I had a date set for about 2 weeks. My insurance company called me because they had to extend my rental. So i called foxes' to ask them about my car. They told me the week after thanksgiving. I understood with holidays...I waited a whole week no communication so i called Friday. I got told it will be done Monday the latest just finishing up the painting . Called Monday and car will was not done, i got told my car was to be done dec8th later in the day and I was on the white board for my car to be done! in the meantime geico called me to inform me that I had maxed out on my rental fees and he called foxes' and they said it was okay because the car would be done. I go to foxes' yesterday dec8th to turn in rental.....I go in my car is still not done!!! At this point I'm done with it, its been 30 days and no car. I say to the autobody shop I need a vehicle i have no rental so are you going to give me a car. The man states yeah we can do that. I get this trail blazer they must use as a runner. Okay no big deal its not the best reliable car but its a car. I go to leave and the car is on EMPTY. I go back in and say I just put gas in the rental and now your telling me your giving me a vehicle that has no gas. The guy states well we rely on the people not sure what you want me to do. Are you serious that is how you do business, I don't care if insurance paying for anything or you just have a deductible to pay you are a BUSINESS. I drove 8 miles gas light comes on and also no windshield wiper fluid and the car nasty inside. At the end of the day everyone drive 45 min or something. give another local business your services. They clearly do not care and or really want your business anyways they keep moving. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

Fox auto does not stand behind their products. They do not care about customer service and will tell you anything to get you out the door. They sold me a 2014 chevy that broke. Down 5 times in 4 months. They would not do anything about it. Said it was my truck my problem. Do not shop there !! They are crooks read more

I have to say I have no complaints at all about these guys. I did alot of searching for a 3500HD Denali Sierra all over. Fox didn't have the exact one I was looking for, but was able to find it at another dealer. They didn't charge me extra to go get it, and it seemed real easy. Other dealers wanted me to buy what was on the lot. Everyone was real nice to deal with and I recommend them to anyone. read more

Well in February, my Chevrolet Impala went in for service. 5 minutes after leaving from the shop my motor blew up, valves, piston, hole in the bottom of the oil pan. They remained firm saying they didn't touch a thing that would cause any issues with the motor. Who knows I wasn't in the shop. Anyways after getting the motor replaced under warranty I had told my service clerk that my mpg was really low, she said to keep running it. So I did and just dealt with it. The car had been in the shop a couple more times over the next couple months for more warranty work. Anyways before my cross country move a couple weeks ago I asked them to check everything over to make sure it's in running order. They replaced another part under warranty and then told me I needed new brakes, so I went somewhere else to get them done to save $. When I went to get this second opinion from a brake shop they said my pads were fine showed me and measured them in front of me, the brake pads were 3x thicker than what fox said they were at. Then after my move my car is still running weird so I take it into the dealership where I am at now. They said "whoever installed this motor didn't reconnect everything correctly, it looked rushed" so I pay out of my pocket since warranty won't cover workmanship. Called GM national line to inform them of a workmanship complaint they agreed that it was workmanship and would follow through but they couldn't reimburse me since dealers are franchised. So I call Fox Auto and talk to the owner, emailed him the work form from this most recent fix and didn't hear back. So I call today to talk to the service manager. My intake was not correctly connected to throttle body, the seating for my mass airflow sensor is busted. Service manager said they don't touch those installing a new motor and it's just wear and tear.....so you magically took out the old motor without taking the intake off? And put a new motor in without touching it? Really? This place is a scam shop and doesn't want to own up to a mistake. It's not even a huge costly mistake. But they don't want to admit a wrong. Had problems with my air conditioning and had a local garage try to put freon in it. told them that the problem was with it not turning off and on properly. finally the engine light came on and drove it into Fox and they diagnosed it immediately. should have gone there first. read more

Being a older single lady I felt they were so very honest and fair, several things they could of done the most expensive way they saved me money.
