They (Monro) always try to sell you something you don't need, but don't persist when you say "no". Now that Dean is gone, the last couple of times have been not so accommodating. Took my wife's car in, and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for anyone to respond to the desk. Plenty of workers around, but no one paying attention to the front desk. Called a few weeks later to get an inspection and brake repair appointment, and got one for the following day. Took the car in, but never got as much as a courtesy call alerting me to the fact that they couldn't get to the car. Finally went back after 8+ hours, and got an excuse why the car wasn't done when it was supposed to have been done. After two days, still no contact, so went and retrieved the car. Disappointed.
