They installed locking lug nuts on the vehicle before we purchased it but neglected to put the special tool needed in the car or to even tell us it had the locking lug nuts, and of course they have blamed it on us. I guess it is lucky we discovered it when trying to put on new tires rather than getting stranded somewhere with a flat tire. So had to make a special trip to the dealership to get the locking ones off. Was assured they would be ready to do it when I got there but they weren't. Had to wait for paperwork to be done, then for someone to be "freed up" to do the work. Would definitely recommend staying far, far away from this dealership.

Because I purchased the MOPAR Max Care warranty, I brought it to Chilson Wilcox for service, assuming that being a "certified" Jeep repair shop actually meant something. They told me my tires were at 33 PSI, and not the recommended 37, but that everything else was fine. Their only recommendation was to just keep rotating my tires and burning them up. I got back into my Jeep after the appointment, and they had overfilled my tires to 41 PSI and it still pulls hard to the right (no surprise). When I called back to see what they recommend, they said that I could drop it off and they could *try* and figure it out, but that their labor charge was $160+ per hour. I should have known better than to take my Jeep to Chilson Wilcox after I looked at a Gladiator there a couple years ago and asked if the LED package could be added to any trim. The salesman said that he thought it was only available at the "Sahara" trim and above... I bit my tongue and didn't say anything, but anyone who knows anything about Gladiators, ESPECIALLY A SALESMAN, should know that there is *NO* "Sahara" trim for Gladiators. This place is a joke and an insult to the Jeep brand.

Very legit company and supportive customer service. I am from Miami and bought a classic car from a…read moreprivate seller. Since it was a private deal, I did't want to leave the car at the seller's house too long. B&W picked up the car exactly as scheduled, and stored in "closed" warehouse safely as promised, which I of course paid for. I also didn't want my classic car to experience snow so it was important that they do as promised. They even picked up my car on Sunday, and B&W is closed during weekends. I explained them that the person who I bought the car from has to work during weekdays so this pick up job must be done on weekends. When I asked this extra favor, B&W told me they can help me with little extra. They charged me something very small $50 on the top of regular pick up, reasonable enough to say they are very supportive. I called at least 10 towing companies around this area and many of them did not sound like they will do as promised. B&W might not be open during the weekend when you get stuck in freezing highway with your car broken down, but is strongly recommended to give them a try under any circumstances.
