They installed locking lug nuts on the vehicle before we purchased it but neglected to put the special tool needed in the car or to even tell us it had the locking lug nuts, and of course they have blamed it on us. I guess it is lucky we discovered it when trying to put on new tires rather than getting stranded somewhere with a flat tire. So had to make a special trip to the dealership to get the locking ones off. Was assured they would be ready to do it when I got there but they weren't. Had to wait for paperwork to be done, then for someone to be "freed up" to do the work. Would definitely recommend staying far, far away from this dealership.

Because I purchased the MOPAR Max Care warranty, I brought it to Chilson Wilcox for service, assuming that being a "certified" Jeep repair shop actually meant something. They told me my tires were at 33 PSI, and not the recommended 37, but that everything else was fine. Their only recommendation was to just keep rotating my tires and burning them up. I got back into my Jeep after the appointment, and they had overfilled my tires to 41 PSI and it still pulls hard to the right (no surprise). When I called back to see what they recommend, they said that I could drop it off and they could *try* and figure it out, but that their labor charge was $160+ per hour. I should have known better than to take my Jeep to Chilson Wilcox after I looked at a Gladiator there a couple years ago and asked if the LED package could be added to any trim. The salesman said that he thought it was only available at the "Sahara" trim and above... I bit my tongue and didn't say anything, but anyone who knows anything about Gladiators, ESPECIALLY A SALESMAN, should know that there is *NO* "Sahara" trim for Gladiators. This place is a joke and an insult to the Jeep brand.

My truck was towed only 7 miles and I was charged $1,726. I was told the rate was $300 per hour, then it was changed to $350 per hour without my approval. I was also told a part costs $120, but they demanded $2,759 to install it. Because of this unreasonable price, I refused the repair and did not authorize any work. Despite this, I was still charged $1,000 in labor, even though no repair work was done. I believe this shop uses misleading statements and pressures customers in difficult situations. I am leaving this review to warn others to be extremely cautious.
