So when it came time to sell my father's apartment building in Glendale, there was no question I was going to list with him. Chase is extremely professional and in tune with the multi-family market. He prepared a comprehensive pricing proposal for our building and was spot on to where it would ultimately sell. We received 4 or 5 offers and the offer we selected was well above the rest. Needless to say, I was very pleased with Chase's performance and would highly recommend him and his team at Re/Max One Commercial.

He's sharp, insanely knowledgeable, and has that rare ability to spot both opportunities and red flags long before anyone else does. What I appreciate most is his consistency -- he answers the phone, follows through on every detail, and treats every deal like it's a multi-million-dollar transaction. My clients always end up thanking me for sending them his way, which says everything about the level of professionalism and care he brings. If you want someone who is honest, strategic, and truly exceptional at navigating the commercial landscape, look no further. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my commercial referrals. Absolute rock star. Also, he's a good surfer and sailer too so that's a plus!

I'm not one to pass our recommendations easily, but Maggie recently helped my family relocate to…read morethe Los Angeles area, and I can't recommend her enough. We had to move quickly and didn't have time to scout neighborhoods, or even visit the properties before making a decision. Maggie gave us detailed reports on neighborhoods in a language we could understand, ran all over the greater L.A. area to look at properties, and sent detailed videos on all our target properties. We ended up thrilled with our neighborhood and property even though my family had never set foot in the area or house. It's a true testament to her many skills. There are many people have knowledge, skills, and understanding of the market, but in addition to those requisite skills Maggie has a sincere dedication to her customers that sets her above the competition. It's very rare to find someone with all those traits in any field, and if you are in the realty market in L.A. I highly recommend connecting with Maggie.

Each had a 6 month exclusive and neither had produced a formal written offer. Within the first week after signing with Maggie's firm, she brought me two. I've read the glowing reviews from her other clients and I have to agree wholeheartedly with every bit of praise and compliment used to described this dynamo. Her professionalism and work ethic is simply amazing. I know I was amazed.

It is because of their sterling reputation that my partner and I entrusted Will and his team with our purchase and sale of three different types of residential properties: condominium, single family residence, and multifamily property. From our experiences, here are top three reasons why we recommend Will and his team and would use him again for our next purchase or sale: 1. Will is a great advocate when it comes to negotiating offers and counteroffers and in dealing with other parties. His stunning background in international trade policy and Hollywood comes into play here at the client's advantage. Will helped us strategize and obtain good outcomes on all of our sales and purchases. 2. Will is a great advisor. His strong local knowledge about the neighborhoods and local regulations is founded on his brokering, property management, and development experience in LA. From neighborhood safety, zoning, entitlements, easements, to landlord-tenant matters, we knew we could count on Will and his team to get it right. 3. Will is a great connector and has deep connections in the real estate industry. He is just one speed dial away if you need a solid connection to a handyman, a CPA who advises real estate investors, a real estate attorney, or a home staging specialist. We've consulted with everyone Will has recommended and have been happy with them all. Will and his team have handled all of our matters expeditiously and to our great satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any residential matters in LA.

I was not calling because I wanted to rent an office. After my inquiry, I began receiving repeated calls about renting office space. I found this frustrating because that was not the reason I contacted the business and I had never expressed an interest in becoming a tenant. I understand that Barrister is in the business of renting executive office space, but an inquiry concerning someone who uses their location should not automatically turn into repeated sales calls. My experience would have been much better if my original reason for contacting the office had simply been addressed and my telephone number had not been treated as a sales lead. Based on my experience, I think Barrister should do a better job distinguishing between people calling with legitimate inquiries about businesses or professionals at its location and prospective customers who are actually interested in renting office space.
