They force you to communicate via email and take 2-3 days to respond. After two weeks of trying to resolve a simple issue, I said goodbye. I also know for a fact that they have left building obligations that were still under lease and stopped paying the mortgage on the building they own in SF. WeWork will not last the next 12 months. The actual staff that work at this location are nice and I love them. I just wish the company they worked for actually cared about their clients.

A day pass is $29 - which I say is worth it every once and a while. Parking isn't free so I recommend walking if you're close enough. Amazon is right underneath the building and there's plenty of places nearby to go grab lunch. The day pass includes free coffee (including cold brew & espresso), sparkling water and tea. They have seating that ranges from booths, private meeting phone booths, and couches. They also have meeting rooms you can pay for by the hour. Overall a great location with nice staff. Somehow the rental document she signed enrolled her in a continuous billing arrangement which she wasn't told about! Immediately, she was billed for for the following month and a couple of weeks later was billed for another month!! After seeing these new charges, we found out we had to cancel the agreement in their website to stop any further billing. Regus is now threatening her for late payment on the third month since she cancelled her card and are disputing the charges. It is maddening that there is no customer support number to call. Their website is infuriating to navigate, their "Community Team" is not helpful, and they haven't responded to any of our direct questions about why she was signed up and billed in the first place for the 2 extra months SHE NEVER WANTED OR AGREED TO!!!! Is this legal in California?

First we got signed up to a contract, if I didn't poke around the portal early, I wouldn't have known that I needed to cancel by Oct 31 (before we even moved in!) in order to not be charged an extra month. Then I find out and ask them about an $800 fee we were invoiced for even though we haven't even had our first day there yet. Turns out, they effectively charge you a "move out fee" even if you've been there one month. The fee is to restore the office back to the state before you got in there. Which, is insane because it wasn't clean or restored when we got in (see pictures) The internet is horrendous too, it's impossible to do any real work here. (see screenshot)

The office space we rented had lots of natural light and was furnished with quality items. Every place should have motorized, standing desks as their default option! The amenities were really wonderful. Sparkling water on tap, periodic wellness classes for member engagement, easy to use a/v in the conference spaces, snacks and meals provided periodically... you really feel appreciated and taken care of. Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be. They are responsive, attentive, accommodating, engaging, and really just two of the nicest people you will meet. We did our best to try to stay at Studio but unfortunately, there was just not a good fit for our unique needs as an organization but rest assured, we are sad to be leaving.

All these things happen before getting keys to your virtual office. (Even if it's only a mailbox). The price doubles up & can easily triple without your knowledge.

The staff here are incredible, and truly make you feel like a valued tenant.
