Juan was very responsive and gave a fair quote, so combined with the many positive referrals we hired him to replace our old roof. They started our roof on a Monday and finished on Friday - turns out we actually had 2 roofs they had to tear off which turned it into a much larger job, especially considering one side of our roof is steeply sloped. All of the workers were friendly, helpful and did a great job. They arrived about the same time each morning and worked hard all day. We had a hard time choosing a roof color (they use GAF Timberline RS) and we ended up going with Sagewood. We were also recommended to having the roof soft washed. At first, my husband wasn't very interested in the soft wash idea. That changed after he saw them cleaning one of our neighbor's roofs and how great it looked! I honestly didn't realize just how filthy our roof was. We've lived here for two years, and my husband said it looked like the roof had never been cleaned. I was able to convince him to go ahead with the soft wash, and we are so happy with the results! The difference is amazing. The poor guy spent 4-5 hours washing the roof, while also cleaning all the gunk that came off onto the house and yard. After the washing was done, the repair crew came out and took care of the roof repair. We're very happy with the end result and so glad we gave the house a shower! A few days before the appointment, Kyle, the technician, called to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the process and arrived on time for the inspection. Kyle thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof and then walked me through his findings in a clear, approachable, and professional manner. He showed me the photos he had taken and explained what he was seeing. He even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place and reconnected a gutter hook that had come loose during the inspection. Afterward, he sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos from the inspection. Most importantly, he was honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time. I really appreciated the professionalism, thoroughness, communication, and transparency. I would highly recommend Straight Line Roofing, and especially Kyle, to anyone looking for a roof inspection or evaluation.

They set clear expectations from the start and communicated well throughout the entire project. They worked hard and were completely responsible and accountable. At one point they accidentally broke a skylight, but instead of cutting corners, they went above and beyond to get it repaired properly and made it right. They also cleaned up thoroughly after every single day of work, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks even better than it did before. I also want to recognize Jose and Adrian. When the inspector required additional work on the roof, Jose took the time to clearly explain the cost differences so we knew exactly what we were paying for and why. I had a lot of questions about the cost breakdown for the sheeting, and it was pretty confusing to me, but Jose was so patient and kept explaining it different ways until it finally clicked. Adrian set us up with our initial consultation and spent over an hour working through pricing with us to get us a great deal. He respected my budget and kept it at the forefront the whole time, which made me feel truly seen and heard. Anytime I had a question or needed help with financing, he was there for me. This whole team was trustworthy, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend!!!
