I paid the required amount, but he would not give me a written guarantee for the lifetime guarantee and would not return my phone calls when I pursued this guarantee in writing. When later discussing this with a friend, I found out that Tim did the same thing to her. After her paying the additional amount for a lifetime guarantee, he would not provide written verification and would not return her calls. When I placed a call to the manufacture of the product, they said there was no such thing as a "lifetime guarantee" for their product. Based on this unethical behavior I would never recommend All Sierra Roof to anyone.
