I ended up going to a closer location to me, which was still an hour away, to do the exchange in person. I have asked for a store manager to call me back regarding this problem and after 5 days I did get a call back. It was a short talk and they didn't deny the bag was swamped out but mentioned it could have been done accidentally not intentionally. Since I was on a quick work break I didn't want to prolong the talk and I kept it cordial but I dont 100% believe it and intentional or not, ithe carelessness did cause me an unnecessary inconvenience. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer some of what I thought were tricky questions about carry on luggage policies. I can't fault them at all for not having what I was hoping to have but am glad that they showed me some things that were kinda similar and some that might be new options to consider, considering my changing needs. I'd love to be able to come here again before making my next luggage purchase. In fact if they have what I need and am looking for, I'd definitely make my purchase from here.
