Wait is about 5 minutes on food, little longer for a deep fried roll, but no line to order at 11:30. Fyi you can get any of their sushi rolls deep fried for a small upcharge. Roll was super hot and fresh. The steamed shrimp inside was hot too. Should have had more crab, imo, had to deconstruct to find it. Peppers were delicious but pricey for the serving of a dozen or so but hey, am I going to make them myself,no. Buy again, yes. Shrimp sauce was good. Blazin sauce was peppery and tasty. For the price a very good value for sushi you can trust is fresh and delivered by food truck hot to the door of your work.

Been wanting to try this truck before and while I had the opportunity, I didn't get anything. I…read morereally wanted to get a savory crepe at the time but they only had sweet crepes available. This time as they parked themselves in my work area, it was on. The lady in the truck was cranking out crepes two at a time for a small group of people. I looked over the menu and had a hard time deciding what crepe to get. I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Parisian crepe, with gruyere, ham, and Dijon mustard. She said it was her favorite and went to work on it. In about 5 minutes it was done. She put it in a crepe holder, explained how to eat from it and I was on my way back to the office. I did have to put it in my car's cup holder on the way back as I didn't want to lay it down anywhere and risk the contents spilling out. It was worth the care I took. The crepe while it was good still felt like something was missing from it maybe, another meat or a veggie. But it did it's job and quelled the hunger. I will be back to try other crepes though.

Full of Crepe? More like two thirds full. I love me a good Crepe, and my one try it was delicious,…read morebut I wish I could of had more filling in my Crepe. The ordering process was very simple and I love the fact that each order is written on the Crepe sleeve and hung up on something similar to a clothing line. The last met cooking the crepes whipped everyone's orders in a jiffy. The options were wonderful and it was hard to choose between savory and sweet. Being that I had my meal prior to the truck I stuck with a dessert Crepe - the s'mores. I enjoyed it but it was not worth the price. It didn't last long and I felt like most of the filling sunk to the bottom of the Crepe, if you're holding it upright. Yeah yeah it makes sense since gravity is a given, but it didn't even taste like the chocolate touched the edges. I recommend this truck though due to the flavour ness of the crepes and the ladies were sweet as well, but keep in mind the dessert crepes are not as filling as you'd want it nor proportioned correctly.

Basically a Rueben Eggroll. So if you are a fan of the sandwich this is a must. Kickin Chicken, Filled with Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese and topped with buffalo, more cheese and Flaming Hot Cheetos. The sweet and creamy filling with the crispy and salty eggroll shell works wondering. Even if you're not a DBZ fan you have you try this. Cookie Po, A Chocolate filled Cookie Dough eggroll topped with Chocolate Chips and Icing. Ashley and I agreed it's similar to the cookie dough flautas but better. Now these eggrolls will be messy and can be a little greasy but everything was amazing. We will for sure come back now time we see Enter the Dragon Roll!

Nevertheless, it works well for sausage as usual and keeps everything from feeling too dry. The spaetzle helps soak up the juices and cushions the meatiness.
