The food was fresh, full of flavor, and obviously prepared when we order it. The fries are really great! Both my friend and I ordered the Cuban sandwich, so I cannot comment on any other item..... Their Cuban sandwich was made pretty damn close to the real thing. It had the right bread, ham, sliced pork, pickles, spicy mustard, Swiss cheese, and then pressed with butter on the outside (the butter was applied before being pressed, which gives it that sweet and slightly overcooked taste... Hell yeah!) The only other place where a semi-decent Cuban sandwich could be purchased in Gainesville was Hogan's Heros, but they have started to lax their standards. I give Dos Mamas 3.5 Stars. Review will be updated after my next visits.... there will definitely be other visits! Oh, almost forgot, Parking is a pain in the _ss... Get there early and even then you will have to park across the streets in a dusty lot (watch out for trucks and industrial machinery... try not to get run over).

Ashley was wonderful throughout the entire process, she was quick to answer messages and questions, and was a joy to meet in person for the board drop-off. They are lying to their customers. We were hosting a memorial.. not a wedding.. this wasn't a party and our experience with Celebrations made everything more stressful than it already was..... AND they serve soggy crostini.... They made us buy food too! Many of the people who helped with the memorial have worked for catering companies... The crostini was dated for the day before.. Our "bartender" said they were made in the morning... Another lie. What a joke of a company.
