The gentleman who took the initial call was friendly & courteous, and though they were technically booked for the week put us on the "on call" list should something open up - and true to his word he called back. Derek, the tech assigned the job, was also very professional and courteous. The job was completed quickly & efficiently by Derek and the work area was cleaned up afterward. All in all everything you could ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend them and will use Stryker for any future work on my home (and if available will request Derek for the job).

We worked with them for roughly 5 years, and Kevin is overall a good guy, but once his client base expanded, it seems customer service has gone by the wayside. Roughly a year ago, he identified a simple/quick fix after the central air had failed not once, but twice. Contacted Kevin via text & email multiple times over several months, only to get a rude response on a Saturday morning, in his words: "It's 8AM on Saturday, right?" Clearly he doesnt care for my business, which is too bad since we had previously built a decent rapport. I had been putting off this review for some time because I fully understand the challenges posed during the pandemic as well as to this day. He last told me he was booked out for 6 weeks, which I then asked that we could be put on schedule 6-8 weeks out during a time where heating/cooling systems don't get used as regularly, but no response.
