We are redoing our floors and someone recommended this place to us. I am so glad they did. Great…read moreservice, prices, and tile selection. I will recommend them to anyone looking for flooring services.

We don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore…read more We started working with Joey at Flooring Master after closing on our home on June 20th. Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted the flooring done before we arrived. We even had our realtor leave a lockbox so measurements could be taken in advance. We finalized the details and paid the deposit on June 26th -- then communication completely dropped off. No updates. No responses to follow-ups. Nothing. My husband finally drove down to Florida on July 7th to figure out what was going on -- only to find that demo had just started, two weeks later. Worse, the wrong areas were demoed, including our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, which delayed work on our daughter's room. That alone made this experience extremely stressful for our family. Installation didn't begin until July 14th, and our furniture (already delayed and sitting in storage) was scheduled to arrive the 18th. Flooring was incomplete, and we were told if we delayed furniture again, they couldn't guarantee a future delivery date. We ended up picking up additional materials ourselves on July 21st, just to keep things moving. I had to call again on the 23rd to find out when they'd finish. They finally came on July 26th to complete the last room. The crew was friendly and the floors look nice now, but we had to ask them to reinstall all the doors and finish the master bathroom. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. We still have more rooms to do, but we will not be using Flooring Master again. We can't recommend them to anyone.

We are from out of town, but have a house in Tampa. Had the floors done by It Is Finished. Came…read moredown to see the house and make repairs. Our manager recommended It Is Finished since she has used them in the past. The sales person, Peter, showed us some samples to chose from. We decided to go with a mid-range color that looked like real wood. Not dark, but light brown. Have only seen the floors through pictures, but our manager loves them, so we have to take her word. The floors in the pictures do look great. Price was a little high - $7.50 a square foot. We were told that was mid-range too. Had some install issues and delays, but all was handled. It took about 10 working days to get the floors installed and all issues handles. We would recommend "It Is Finished" to others. They do seem to care. Jason the installer was very helpful and even went beyond his job to help us.

April of 2023 we had new floors installed on the entire first floor of our home. This cost us over…read more$12,000. Our installers did a decent job, but there was definitely NO attention to detail. They had difficulty with the threshold's between doorways (we have a total of 14 of them) and most of those threshold's they added have since popped up or fallen apart. We have had multiple areas throughout our home where the flooring just doesn't sit right, it pops up and feels uneven beneath your feet. They also made us paint our own quarter round to add to our molding. We have also had to separate occasions where the tile (that they insisted they could install over) has popped up and needed to be replaced. Most recently, a few months ago and they wanted to charge us an additional $1,400 using the extra flooring we already own. If I could save anyone the dissatisfaction and stress this company has caused us - please run. Run far away.
