The salesman was a seasoned salesman and could sell the Brooklyn bridge. The installers were…read morepleasant and did a bit extra like replace baseboard that was damaged, but after further inspection, I noticed they had thrown my $150.00 sunglasses into a pile. Needless to say they are scratched. They were on the counter that they covered not sure why they had to move them. Then when I went outside the yard had garbage thrown around. I have to places that need repair and we'll see how that goes. When they had to place a piece in a corner they chose a piece that was not even close to the color around it. And the salesman kept talking about leveling the floor and I feel like I'm falling into holes when I walk. The best part of this company is that they do it one day but I'm wondering if that may be their down flaw.

There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished. Overall the quality is unmatched, we're very happy with the finished results, and would highly recommend LG Kramer!

They were able to get us an appointment in their showroom, which was packed with options. They came out same day to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a friendly greeting. When we said we had worked with JJ they immediate called her to assist us. She RAN up and guided us to the product we were looking to buy even though she was helping another couple. She was able to help them while ensuring we were able to have our questions answered and she did this with grace and a positive attitude so everyone was satisfied. She loaned us product to take home and when we returned and were ready to make a purchase she went beyond our expectations to provide detail about the process and was very open and honest as we asked specific questions about the process. We decided to purchase the flooring in advance as we had a pretty good estimate and JJ helped in calculating what we would need. JJ immediately placed a sold sticker on the inventory to make sure we would get the flooring we wanted regardless of how many days it might take for the estimate and then scheduling the installation. We are experienced with how it all works since we have had several remodels through the years. JJ was an excellent sales person; though she was enthusiastic and very ready to help us, she also was very competent in being extremely accurate and in calculating the specifics. I will extend this review once we work through the whole process with the estimators and installers. The installers were experts and did an excellent job!! I especially would recommend their work!! We love our floor!
