Making the leap to purchase a Tudor Black Bay Bronze for around $5,500 was a massive milestone for me, and I was a bit nervous about the experience. Thankfully, I was assisted by Elide, who made the entire process absolutely unforgettable. Elide made the experience feel incredibly special, welcoming, and exciting. Her knowledge, passion, and genuine enthusiasm turned what could have been a simple transaction into a memory I will cherish every time I look at my wrist. If you are looking to pick up a phenomenal timepiece and want world-class service to match, do yourself a favor and visit this boutique--and definitely ask for Elide!

This was my first experience buying from any boutique and my first big watch purchase. I decided to…read morebuy a Tudor and from this boutique because of how they treated me and my wife when we came in the first time to browse and try on watches. The assistant store manager that helped us, Elide, was very welcoming, courteous, and knowledgeable. So when I decided to pull the trigger and buy my first luxury Swiss watch I sought her out and her and the staff's customer service was nothing short of outstanding! They treated my family and I like royalty. They offered gave me some whiskey on the rocks and my wife champagne while they adjusted my watch size. After the purchase Elide continued to educate us on the history of the watch and how the model came about. Needless to say they have made a fan out of my wife and I. As a sister brand to Rolex, the big brother brand can learn something from Tudor. I have been put off by the way Rolex ADs treat their customers and don't even want to set foot in them. I hope that Tudor stays true and doesn't go down the Rolex route. Shout out to Elide and her staff!!!
