If I do not want the additional services, I simply say no and there is no other discussion. I did visit another location nearby and received the hard sell even after the "no". I now take all my cars there now. Clean, quick, and easy. No complaints at all.

I regret not being patient and getting an oil change from valvoline, always a good experience there. Got an oil change here, and two weeks later, I noticed that my car was leaking oil all over my parking spot. After asking a few of my friends, they said I absolutely needed to take it back in because something wasn't tightened enough after said oil change and that my car is not safe to drive. Went back to this location at around 10:30a on a Sunday & only 1 guy was there. All I got was "I'm sorry that happened, if you go over to white bridge they can take you right now. I'm waiting on the rest of my team to show up." So I am now sitting in line at the valvoline across the street so they can fix what jiffy lube very clearly couldn't. Will not be coming back & will be disputing the charge, because at the end of the day, what am I paying for? So irritating and such a waste of time. Smh.

I'm giving these folks 4 stars with every indication that they'll be a "5" after repeat service. I…read morehad a new (to me) used car from Carvana. I'd picked up said car after my prior car started making clunking noises which led to a diagnosis that was more expensive to fix that that car was worth so I traded up. Two days into my 7 day "trial" period from Carvana, my updated vehicle starts making its own noises. I tried to make an appointment at a Midas and they never confirmed me, so I came to Firestone (after realizing they were an authorized Carvana mechanic meaning they, not Midas, honor my warranties so it was fortunate for me in the long term). Firestone booked my requested appointment, did a full inspection and diagnosis in a couple of hours, and found multiple issues that needed addressing to get me road safe and up to speed. Kudos to the employee who dealt with the Carvana rep on the phone as it sounded (to me at least) that they were a bit of a beast in needing detailed photos and rationale for every suggested repair (and it sounded like at least once they tried to get Firestone to use a cheaper, plastic part). Anyway, that work then took...about 6 hours. So I spent a whole day at Firestone. Thankfully they have free wifi and I was able to do most of my planned work for the day! They had other customers to attend to, and while I feel like my car might have been done but simply not lowered and parked for awhile before ultimate completion that could easily be me just thinking that after a long day (and one that would have been avoided if Carvana had used their own mechanics to fully diagnose and repair basic maintenance issues before selling the car). Anyway--will most certainly use this location again. Friendly crew, easy parking on site, and reliable work as far as I can tell.

If that doesn't turn you away from this place, nothing will. Disgusting business practices that have been reported to the BBB and multiple other resources.
