OK fine...so we gave them another chance months later when it was time for another oil change. This time the same thing happened!! We do NOT need oil stains in our driveway and garage!! Then after they cleaned it up the second time... We started to smell oil in our car!!! My husband checked and they DID NOT PUT THE CAP on correctly!!!! So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! The manager Noah was there both times.. either he does not know how to manage and train his people or he is just a bad manager. We will not go back.

These vehicles say fleet on the front plate and were blamed by this manager for not stating they were using a FLEET CARD. NOT ONE PERSON IN THE BUILDING HAD A NICE THING TO SAY ABOUT HER AND HER "LEADERSHIP". I can promise this $100 will cost the company more than quadruple that.
