I have sent these guys so much work and referred many people. They were great at first, then started nickle and diming me and my place of employment, overcharging me, telling me $500 for a power steering line ( I got it done at another shop for $150). Told my friend she needed a $1500 rack an pinion on her car even though it was fine. We also had to have many of the Cara we sent them fixed again because they don't do their jobs properly (even a simple wheel balance). And if you confront them, you will get an attitude so don't bother going! read more

took my car there some time ago b/c the blower heater motor quit working. They quoted about 1,200 for the motor, switch, labor and wires. The car was barely worth 1,200 so I declined the repair. Looking further into the issue myself revealed it was just a loose wire!!!! They simply did not look at it!!! I had been going there for YEARS!!! Never again. read more

If you like paying for service and parts that weren't replaced this is the place for you! I had to take my car to another service place to have my rear brakes redone! Not only was the original brakes on the rear right, but none of the calipers that were paid for made it on any of the wheels! I called and complained. I was laughed at and said the warranty was not in force at this time! We haven't been back since they charged me almost $900 for brakes rotors and calipers on all 4 wheels! My car only had 60k miles on it! I hope this makes someone think before they go to this place read more

I would just like to make perfectly clear how poorly these people deal with customer issues. I spent nearly $700 on 4 new Blizzak tires for my 2014 Nissan. When I picked up my car I noticed the low tire pressure indicator was on for two of my tires. Figured they were just resetting - didn't think anything of it. I drove home only to find a few hours later that two of my tires were completely flat, the day before Thanksgiving no less. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I place a call the day after Thanksgiving. Tell an employee named John what happened. I told him that no matter what was wrong, I obviously wanted two replacement tires as they had been sitting flat for over two days. They send a tow truck and take a look at the tires. John was not particularly nice at this point, but he also wasn't rude. All good. I get a call back from John claiming there was an issue with the seals on my car causing the tires to go flat. Mind you that in 3 years I have never had an issue with any of my tires going flat. When I told him this he didn't have an explanation. He told me that the flat tires passed their inspection. I insisted that I wanted two replacements because I simply did not feel comfortable with those tires. At this point he became rude and defensive, telling me in a childish manner that it "wasn't their fault." So I was forced to keep the tires that had sat flat for two days. My family as well as extended family has been giving this place business for years. We have four vehicles in our house alone. So now because they were too stubborn to replace two tires, they have lost thousands of dollars of our business. The manner in which this situation was handled by multiple employees, but especially John, was nothing short of embarrassing. They had no respect for our business nor did they sincerely apologize. They obviously care more about the dollars than their customers. read more

Went here a few years ago with a 2008 infinity g35x real fancy kept it real nice never parked where it could be damaged. Took it in to see why the check engine light was on told it was some sensor and something else. Took it home found a crack in my fender flair as if a lift arm hit it kept checking and my under splash guards were missing the bolts and was put back on with zip ties I almost fucking lost it I took it back up there the guy claimed that it was already like that and said I hit a curb funny how the damage was under and in the middle of the bumper and then told me oh they put the zip ties on because they were doing more work anyway. Absolutely pissed me off I didn't pay 13k in cash for luxury car to be held together with zip ties. If I had the time and money and proof they damaged it I'd get a lawer and sue there asses. Claimed it in my insurance and then traded it in and bought a lifted truck i can't have a nice car and have people I pay good money to work on it treat it like crap read more

My brother has gone here for years...he has never had a bad experience....he then turned me on to them and I have gone as well...very fair and honest. never any issues at all. they dont over charge as a matter of fact allot less than most places. work done right the first time. read more

Do not use this garage!You have been warned!!!! Worked on my car , didn't fix it properly the first or second time and I finally took elsewhere .Not only that but left hoses , lines and protective boots unsecured and loose . This place is unsafe. read more

Wish I could give half stars! Took my truck in for a oil change. Was told it would be a hour or two. 4 hours later after not receiving a phone call I went up there to find my truck on the lift not even being worked on! read more

Took my car in there to have break lines replaced and to have a noise on the drivers side front checked out was called a few hours later and told it was a broken strut mount on the drivers side I said ok go ahead and replace it 2 days later I go to pick up the car and as soon as I pull out of the parking lot I hear the noise again and my alignment is way way off I proceed to call them and I am told by Mike that he replaced the passenger side strut becouse it was worse then the drivers side which is very strange considering there was no noise from the passenger side ever I asked him why they didn't call me and all he says was oh I probably should have sorry he then tells me that the alignment can be thrown off from replacing a strut I understand that but my steering wheel is sideways now and I still have the broken strut mount on the drivers side also 225 bucks less in my pocket that I had to pay for the strut that didn't need replaced these guys are rip off artists please beware they love to rip off hard working people and laugh about it all the way to the bank read more
