Our son was traveling from Rochester, New York down to Mississippi and his truck broke down in Ashtabula. Lucky for us, Cragon Automotive was close by so he went there for help. Even though they were extremely busy and scheduling two weeks out Kevin Cragon quickly put his truck up on the lift to diagnose the problem and then immediately ordered the part to get it fixed. There was a long delay in the delivery of the simple O-ring and it did not arrive until the close of business. Kevin went home and then returned after his dinner to take care of the repair so my son could be on his way. Expecting a hefty bill we were pleasantly surprised with a very fair and minimal charge for the work. During this time of price gouging he could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but he did not. Kevin and his employees were very friendly and very welcoming to a stranger from out of town and restored our faith in humanity during these difficult Pandemic times. Thank you so much Kevin. We hope to travel through Ashtabula one day so we can stop in and formally thank you for your help and kindness that day when our son was in need of a helping hand. Cragon automotive was sent by god to fix your vehicle or tune your parts to perfection. the owner and staff smell great and are lovely singers. Ask them to sing amazing grace in barbershop quartet style to have tears appear on your face. They are reasonably priced and the staff are all skilled in their profession. read more
