I called and was told by a technician with 20 years experience those marks don't matter your tires are balanced. Yes they are with weights put on the outside of brand new rims. If tires were mounted correctly there may have been no need for wheel weights. There was no consistency on the install and even one of the tires was installed backwards. Its just sad when people cant own up to their mistakes and would rather lie to you. LUCKY IT WAS ONLY TIRES I guess.

After explaining to the man working there that my tire was flat, he suggested I drive 5 miles up the road to a gas station. I explained I can not drive anywhere on this tire. Also, I had a tilted wheel and dusty and Steve's said I needed sway bar links replaced. My new mechanic said the control arm Dusty's had replaced previously was on incorrectly and that's why my tire was crooked. I did not need sway bar links. Also, John replaced my exhaust before and what he ordered was too short so he welded a small pipe to make it fit and he said what he welded was a catillitic converter and no it wasnt. Also they repeatedly installed an incorrect part on my sisters car. They charge $50 just for grease! Takes a week or two for them to get to your car. I dont recommend

I have had situations where they could have fleeced me w/o my knowing it. No, they actually saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. They treat you like family too. I know, sometimes some families are not a good comparison. But in this case they take care of your ride and not your wallet.

We dropped car off for an oil change. Tech stated it would be about 20 minutes and they'd call over…read morethe PA system our name. Started browsing in the store, finish browsing. No call over the PA (in half hour's time). We make our way back to the automotive service desk and a different tech prints off a sheet that states. "Cancelled: Couldn't get oil cap off". He also stated that previous place we got our oil change at put the cap on too tight and to take it back there. I take them at their word. Get home, test oil cap myself and was able to get it off myself in about 10 seconds time. So now I'm out gas money, time and above all, a damn needed oil change. I will not go back to this place and you shouldn't either if their techs can't properly remove an oil cap. I KNOW oil changes are dead simple. However, not everyone has a garage or necessary tools which is why we pay for others to provide the service. Simply unacceptable. Edit to add: Its impossible to over-tighten these types of oil caps. There are no threads. Additionally, the tech wrote "Car has never been here before". When in fact, that is false also. Evidenced by the fact that our old address was at the top of the service order.
