Scheduled to change 4 tires on my car at 10am. Arrived at 940am the tech stated a hour and a half to a hour and forty five minutes. Ended up waiting till 1230pm for them to finish. If you have time to burn get your tires done here. read more

We dropped car off for an oil change. Tech stated it would be about 20 minutes and they'd call over the PA system our name. Started browsing in the store, finish browsing. No call over the PA (in half hour's time). We make our way back to the automotive service desk and a different tech prints off a sheet that states. "Cancelled: Couldn't get oil cap off". He also stated that previous place we got our oil change at put the cap on too tight and to take it back there. I take them at their word. Get home, test oil cap myself and was able to get it off myself in about 10 seconds time. So now I'm out gas money, time and above all, a damn needed oil change. I will not go back to this place and you shouldn't either if their techs can't properly remove an oil cap. I KNOW oil changes are dead simple. However, not everyone has a garage or necessary tools which is why we pay for others to provide the service. Simply unacceptable. Edit to add: Its impossible to over-tighten these types of oil caps. There are no threads. Additionally, the tech wrote "Car has never been here before". When in fact, that is false also. Evidenced by the fact that our old address was at the top of the service order. read more

They don't have appointments anymore, so if you have 4 hours to waste while getting your tires changed then this is the place for you. Utterly ridiculous. The main guy running the show wasn't so pleasant and was rude as well. We called the night before and were told if we were here by the time they open (7) we should be out within an hour. We live 30 min away so we had to wake up extra early, take time off of work to sit and wait. I am currently sitting at bench in the Madison Walmart and it's taken 3.5 hours to get TWO tires changed....Bring your appointments back. I'm not sure who has all this time to waste waiting around to get their tires changed but i don't, try to cater to your fellow working customers. read more

I will not return to this auto service center. Very poorly managed and equally poorly staffed. I arrived at about 1:00 for a simple oil change. I was told on arrival that I was the only one there and they would take care of my oil change "right away". That was good as we were just passing through and did not have much time. They finally finished after 4:30. Two people that arrived after us got their cars before we did. I stood out close to the shop area for some time and all I heard was "where is so and so"? They could not keep track of employees and were constantly bickering and arguing about who was doing what. I spoke with the assistant manager, even insisting that they show me that there was oil in the car. I did not trust them to do the job properly! She insisted they were under staffed. Even under staffed doesn't take 3 hours to do an oil change. Of course even if you have 10 people working it might take a while if they aren't doing their job.
