I called and was told by a technician with 20 years experience those marks don't matter your tires are balanced. Yes they are with weights put on the outside of brand new rims. If tires were mounted correctly there may have been no need for wheel weights. There was no consistency on the install and even one of the tires was installed backwards. Its just sad when people cant own up to their mistakes and would rather lie to you. LUCKY IT WAS ONLY TIRES I guess.

Beware!! In the middle of a blizzard I made an appointment to have new tires (I already payed for…read moreand had on hand) mounted/balance and that's it. They Called this morning asking if I could leave the car there so they can do it whenever I guess...not on my scheduled appointment. I told John, the manager, no. That we would bring it in and wait. He told me no price. At all. So take the car there they did the tires and then charged hundreds telling my boyfriend (who took the car in) that he told me it was this much on the phone when he called in the morning. Well he was sitting next to me when he called on speaker phone so he knows no price was discussed. So not only is JOHN CAMPLESE a liar but he charged me more than the tires actually cost to install them...while toting "free balance and rotation" as part of the package that we didn't ask for but when John Camplese was told we were upset with the dishonesty and price gauging when we took the risk to get there in a blizzard he then told us we are never welcome back there. I will be back for my free balance and rotation and if he doesn't like it he can talk to his boss cause he is being contacted. Monro owns them btw. Customer service is awful. He called and screamed at my BF...what garbage this place is. As is the manager. So much for the customer being right. Don't go here. We did cause nothing else was open and they took complete advantage.

Sadly, when on a trip with a friend to House of Blues- I was a victim of a "smash and grab." They…read moretook out a back drivers side window. It cast a bit of a pall on an otherwise awesome show. I remembered several people chiming in how great Cragon Automotive is, and they were very kind to me on the phone when I reached out for another automotive issue prior. So I got Kevin on the line as he was returning from a trip to get some parts. Listening, he expressed empathy and asked me to drive over there and he would at least get the window taped up. The challenge was- I have a Hybrid vehicle, and that special battery is located right underneath the back seat. In other words- any rain will kill my car getting into that battery- or at worst provide a rather "electrifying" experience- and not of the good kind... BUT- leave it to Kevin here, and his "three wise men" to not only secure the car with heavy plastic over cardboard, sealing it tight- but he kindly vacuumed out the back seat that was still covered with glass. He is going to get back with me once he is able to get a quote for parts to replace the window. Over and above! I also noticed they had an excellent price on Cooper Tires- so I'm saving up for those after this phase is through. Excellent service to a slightly traumatized female (me) and friendly guys all around, who took care of me even though they were clearly very busy. I know why they are busy too- honest, kind and thorough. I watched them greeting customers who were picking up as I was waiting, many friendly conversations were had. It shows you a lot about a business. So if you want an honest, fast, ethical resolution to a car problem- please give them a call. I think you'll stop right here as you'll be well taken care of.
