It is a great place to get stuff and to give a way to stuff. It has a lot of clothes as well.

I would say that I have been to at least 40 thrifts stores across GA in this past month or so. This is by far the cleanest and most organized location of any I have been to bar none. Be it thrift or consignment the shelves are organized the aisles, are wide the staff is busy however arranging however they were willing to stop and assist when needed. The pricing was fair on several items I purchased. I would like to thank Devetta, who was my check out person. The assistant manager Denise and the store manager Amanda for their thoughtfulness, pleasant and professional demeanors. Given the number of stores I travel to in Georgia ( I cover wide areas of many counties). This store stands out as one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I have had. Looking forward to visiting this location again. I have been to other Value Villages(not sure of the new name). But this one shines among them all. read more

This location had their closing sale a few weeks ago. Their doors are closed for good. It used to be one of my favorite places to shop back in the day, but they remodeled shortly before closing, (which was stupid), and then the prices sky rocketed! I'm guessing they changed ownership too the whole layout of the store changed. They moved their remaining inventory to the location on Columbia Drive. The store over there is very expensive too. They are selling someone's used items for close to new retail prices. Someone is out of their rabid @$$ minds for pricing these things the way they do. You're lucky if you find something that's not way overpriced. What's gonna happen is they will be overwhelmed with inventory that they can't get rid of because they're being greedy. Anyway, I may browse but I rarely find anything I want to buy. Even the cheap, costume jewelry that is fading and turning green and the stretched out bead bracelets are marked at $6.99. y'all buggin. I typically come just to see what they have and they're typically expensive in some areas and others super affordable. But today, I had a negative experience. I wasn't part of the situation but, seeing and hearing it really made feel uneasy and unwelcome. Right as I I walked inside, I overheard two black women in their 40s saying nasty things about Spanish speakers. "See that's what bothers me because how am I going to ask you if you speak English and you blatantly say 'I no speakeu Englisheu'. No, don't say that because you just did speak English to me." And the other lady with her said in agreement, "I agree, that sh*ts so annoying and disrespectful." I don't think I need to say more than this as this is enough to state the obvious. read more

The staff is rude . And not helpful. They had a old lady behind the counter who we thought was drunk. Would not recommend this store.

I love this thrift store, and I would give it a 5 if they had fitting rooms, but I understand that not having them helps keep prices lower. If you're looking for furniture and housewares, this store is pretty limited, but they have a really good selection of clothes and plenty of (actually cute) plus sized clothing too, which can be super hard to find secondhand. read more

The manager was rude I hated working there no break room unreasonable no benefits the manager doesn't care about employees too much drama I hated my job but I did it for money it was so unprofessional would never go back too work I've could have said more but no but the only thing I loved was the discounts but at least I've tried but not good enough so screw yall y'all will never find a good working employee like me good luck and fix y'all personality and y'all actions but nobody should be treated like u treat employees read more

More like a GoodWill with a small furniture section. LOTS of clothes, a medium section of random dishes, and the rest is second hand clothes. I wasn't looking for clothes but its probably worth a look if you are. read more

So I've had the chance to frequent this thrift store quite a lot more than I used to. And lately, I've been starting to find specific things I've been needing. For example, I was looking for a large sweater for a costume, and I found the perfect one. A couple weeks ago, I was also looking for a wedding dress for a costume, and I inquired about their window full of wedding dresses. They have a lottt of wedding and formal attire there, but that's for the legitimate person wanting to get married, but on a budget. I was told that those dresses are in the $100s, which could be useful information for someone looking for a cheap and pretty wedding dress (there were a few, not all of them were horrid 80s dresses). Instead of those, I found a beautiful beaded, flower-embroidered prom (?) dress that was an off-white with a pinkish hue, but close enough to a wedding dress that I'm totally satisfied. I'm planning on getting it bloody and ripped anyways, so it doesn't need to be perfect. They also have a decent book collection, but there's always dozens of kid's books splattered unceremoniously on the floor. It's messy, yes, and probably just a matter of re-shelving and moving some of the books around. There's also a step stool in case you want to browse the tops of the bookshelves (which not all stores provide). read more

Been here a few times over the years. I remember back in the 2010-2012 time-frame the prices were so good I didn't care that there were no fitting rooms in the store (like not a single one). But now? Their stuff is way overpriced. I spotted a really cute piece of hard-shell rolling luggage, which I had been looking for. Their price? $35! And the only reason it was so high is because the original sales tag was still attached. I've been noticing that certain thrift stores (like City Thrift in Lilburn) marks items with tags WAY more than other similar items in the store. Seriously, just because you know that it was $125 at the maker store doesn't justify you charging $35. Thrift store shopping used to be all about getting a bargain because it's USED stuff. Tags still attached does not equal new. You're a thrift store, act like one!!! read more

I must say that I was definitely impressed with the furniture that was on display. Some of it was practically new and all of the furniture appeared to be in perfect condition. I was also happy to see that the books were all organized and in bookshelves at the back of the store. It was very neat and organized. Color me surprised! I didn't see any clothes on the floor (something I'm used to seeing in thrift stores), and the clothes were in good condition as well. I was also impressed with how clean this Value Village was. Most thrift stores are pretty grimy, so it was nice to be able to see clean floors and uncluttered aisles. There aren't any dressing rooms in case you like to try items on prior to purchasing them. I've seen better variety of clothes at other thrift stores, but again, the clothes I saw were in good condition, so there's always that. read more

I have to confess that I kinda like thrift stores. There is something weirdly satisfying about finding something I want basically from other peoples' discards. But...there are good thrift stores and there are not so good thrift stores... This Value Village is definitely in the "not so good" category. "Thrift Store" shouldn't mean "junk store" and that is pretty much what this Value Village is. The place is smelly, dirty and sparsely packed with "junk". Sorry...but if you are tempted to stop by to hunt for a bargain...keep driving. read more

Clothing and shoes were overly used. I came to dig through housewares though. Found vintage picture, beaters, tea kettle, and flour sifter. They're going to be decoration pieces in my kitchen. Also some 80's looking Chinese forks with roses on them. Going to bend them and turn them into a coat rack. On stained plank wood by kitchen door. I was very pleased with findings. The store and area seemed almost unsafe. Didn't really see anything else that would make me come back. read more
