It's a large open space (think warehouse) with racks on racks on racks of items. Upon entry, I was immediately overwhelmed and considered leaving. I'm glad I pushed thru the desire to run away. To make it manageable for my brain, I decided to just tour the store to see what was in there and then lock in on one item (women's dresses and skirts) I would look through. I left with four unique clothing items for $18 and some change. Two of the items I purchased had blue price tags and blue was one of the colors of the day that was 50% off. However, I learned that if I shopped on a different day, the items with those color cards would've just been $.99 a piece, so I could've gotten out of there with the same items for even cheaper on the right day. Sort of like any store, at the checkout lane, there is shelving with small items you could grab. Many of those things were like party decorations that were unopened and brand new in the package.

I've never seen the lines get unbearably long like they can do at other stores. This store is on the smaller side, but it is nicely organized and I always find a few neat things. It has a large selection of books (my fave), and even though the clothing section isn't huge, the prices are a little less than some other places and I've seen some really nice brands (Anthro, J Brand Jeans, Athleta), mixed in. The clothing is organized by size--hallelujah! (Don't get me started on the places that organize by color.) Although that situation has improved, the prices have become unreasonable over the past year. For example, I recently saw a basic Walmart plate priced at $12.99. My visit today was also frustrating. The store has two floors, but the registers are located only on the second floor. Shopping carts from downstairs cannot be taken into the elevator to pay, while the carts upstairs cannot be taken downstairs or out of the store. This setup is extremely inconvenient and does not feel customer-friendly. Unfortunately, the high prices and lack of consideration for customers have made shopping here unpleasant. I do not plan to return.
