I'm the hands on, gotta-see-it, gotta-touch-it type of shopper when I want to buy something I'm not familiar with. I live really close to this Container Store, so I decided to give it a try and see what they had to offer. Every customer and employee in the store I saw wore facemasks. There were a few aisles where it was a little too crowded with people, so I just went to the next aisle. I'm actually impressed by The Container Store! They stock a wide variety of merchandise that helps everybody be organized - shelving, containers of all sizes and materials, bags, hangers - anything and just about everything! In addition they stock many other things, such as kitchen tools and utensils, luggage and other useful travel items, shipping and moving items and many, many other items. Go check this store out! I found the item I wanted after an employee helped me locate it. At the time, I was just wandering aimlessly, gawking at everything on the shelves. I happened to be walking down an aisle where a very sweaty employee was hard at work quickly restocking large stacked plastic containers. In spite of being busy, he stopped to look at me and ask if I needed help finding anything. I described to the employee what I was looking for, and he said, "Follow me. I think I know what you're looking for." He led me through the store and pointed to containers on the shelf. "Is this what you're looking for?" I told him that I was looking for something very much like that but I was looking for something just a little bigger. He then showed me the container that I was looking for three shelves over. I thanked him as he hurried back to his task. I have to admit, this place impressed me with the variety of items they have. I liked that the employee was very helpful. One thing that I have to caution about are the prices. Some of the things here are pricier than similar items carried by their competitors. Mission accomplished!

Bet you didn't know they did re-upholstery, did you? Neither did I until City Issue referred me to them. Apparently they do some of City Issue's mid century modern furniture re-upholstery. For starters I bought this absolutely gorgeous mid century Dux chair that was covered in this hideous stained fabric that I knew I could get redone to look more period; the price was good so I had to buy it. After I bought the chair I had an email convo with one of the designers to get a quote for my chair and ottoman. I provided her with pictures and dimensions. She gave me the quote, $350 which isn't that much considering the front and back needed to be replaced as well as the ottoman. She also asked me to come in and pick a fabric. They have loads of fabrics to choose from; all styles and all price ranges. They also will let you bring in your own fabric, which is what I did (I bought my fabric at Lewis and Sheron). They quoted me a time of when my chair would be ready. I picked it up when it was done and my jaw dropped. My chair was now pimped out and bad ass. They did a wonderful job and I am so happy that I used Nandina. That chair is now my seating pride and joy. *I will post some pictures when I get around to taking them.

At $80 they would have been a tad overpriced, but the deal made them just right. Contrary to the other review I found the staff to be very friendly. The home decor styles they have here are definitely my taste but above my current budget. If you're hunting for some random furniture or interesting wall pieces I would definitely recommend hitting this shop if you're in the area.

The pregnant girl that checked me out was not friendly at all [I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because she is pregnant and she's standing on her feet for hours] but that still doesn't give her a ride right to be rude or unpleasant to us paying customers. Again, we're living in difficult times, kindness is definitely needed! Probably wouldn't visit this location again because i'm VERY BIG on customer service that's why I gave 3 stars

This is thee worst Ross in the history of Ross stores. Came here tonight and waited in a long line…read morewith only one cashier. Finally make it to the front of the line with items to return and also items to purchase. The cashier I went to had an attitude and was walking around the store loudly yelling about a customer looking at an item. She was extremely rude and disrespectful in regard to the customer and all the other shoppers had to hear her complaining about just performing her job duties. Well once I reached the front she decided to hop in to help the solo cashier and kept stating "I'm ready to go" as she's checking people out. I was hoping I didn't get her and the lady in front of me chose the other cashier just to avoid being checked out by her. I was next so I walked her way. As I'm walking up, she's stating "I'm not doing not a single return," but she mumbled it. So she rang up my two items. I sat my bag on the counter and she tells me, "I said I'm not doing a return so you'll be back in the morning." I looked at her puzzled and didn't want to press the issue so I kindly told her I no longer wanted the two items to buy. It's disrespectful to handle customers in these sorts of manner and I am definitely going to be reaching out to speak with either a manager or corporate in regards to how this employee handles people supporting Ross. This encounter has now made me look upon what once was my FAVORITE place to shop (everyone who knows me knows I love Ross), to a place where i may not even go to shop again. Deal breaker was that the store was still open and operating and she decided to block off the line with carts and make announcements pressuring people to get in line or registers would be shut down at 9:30pm when the store closed at 10 and I'd been in line since 9:35 until 9:48. I will be returning these items and I probably won't go back t Ross, or at least this location. I'd rather drive to Woodstock and shop at the outlets than to give my hard earned, money to the hands of such rude people. Value of Ross just dropped in my book. I have never been in a single Ross store and encountered this before. If I could give negative stats, I probably would.
