She asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give her a refund but if she waited for 48 hours, they would see what they could do for her. sounds like Walmart delivery service is fraudulent, and predatory. My question is what is the purpose of paying for a membership when the member is being cheated? I don't even want the order at this point...I want a full refund. I will not shop here ever again, and the membership will be cancelled after Walmart settles their debt with my mother.

On 7/25/23 I decided to open it and to my dismay the bottle had leaked in the bag making my receipt unreadable and it had no plastic tube on the inside of the bottle so that it can't be sprayed. I tried to exchange it the same day and was told I could not because 1st I've had it to long I should have noticed earlier that it was leaking said one of the managers and 2nd I can't return a fragrance that's not in the original package so they can resale it. I asked how can you resale a defective product? How would I know if it's defective until I open it? Burlington refused to exchange it. I called customer service and was told the same thing. How do you sell an obvious defective product and the only way to see if it's defective is to open it up and then tell a customer we can't take it back because it's open. Make it make sense, so now you've taken my money and I'm stuck with a product I cannot use.

Most recently on Thursday are relative of mine did some shopping for me and had a similar experience where a female manager was at the checkout at the end of the day and she's Had rung up a heavy watermelon three times and there's only one watermelon there my relatives did not catch it until she left the store but went back later on and got the money back but the manager knew what she was doing though I had seen this kind of thing time and time again it's not a simple error they're trying to take from their customers. All in all the very accusation that they make toward me that I'm stealing every time I come in there makes no sense because you spend large volumes of money in there almost every week to where they recognize you the leadership knows what's going on cuz I file complaints about this previously but they don't care.
