My 84-year-old mother placed an order with this store that should have been delivered the same day…read more That day came and went no order. the next day she received a delay notice, and the order was supposed to be 8 minutes away then 2 seconds later the order was delayed again. second day came and went no delivery. She asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give her a refund but if she waited for 48 hours, they would see what they could do for her. sounds like Walmart delivery service is fraudulent, and predatory. My question is what is the purpose of paying for a membership when the member is being cheated? I don't even want the order at this point...I want a full refund. I will not shop here ever again, and the membership will be cancelled after Walmart settles their debt with my mother.

The next customer was a woman who was rushed through her check out with barely a hello. Customer after that....another man and another delay. I'm next and when I have some questions about my return she huffs and points to the sign on the counter and attempts to tell me to read it. Sorry lady but I asked a question, just answer it. The extra is not needed. She irked me so bad that instead of showing out I returned everything I bought including the layaway I picked up for my fluffy baby. I will take my money to other places. My mother is an elderly woman and deserved the same patience, courtesy, and respect as every other paying customer. Being busy is never an excuse to make an elderly customer feel rushed or unwelcome. Customer service matters, and so does how you treat people--especially our seniors. Management seriously needs to address how employees speak to and treat customers. Most recently on Thursday are relative of mine did some shopping for me and had a similar experience where a female manager was at the checkout at the end of the day and she's Had rung up a heavy watermelon three times and there's only one watermelon there my relatives did not catch it until she left the store but went back later on and got the money back but the manager knew what she was doing though I had seen this kind of thing time and time again it's not a simple error they're trying to take from their customers. All in all the very accusation that they make toward me that I'm stealing every time I come in there makes no sense because you spend large volumes of money in there almost every week to where they recognize you the leadership knows what's going on cuz I file complaints about this previously but they don't care.
