My 84-year-old mother placed an order with this store that should have been delivered the same day. That day came and went no order. the next day she received a delay notice, and the order was supposed to be 8 minutes away then 2 seconds later the order was delayed again. second day came and went no delivery. She asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give her a refund but if she waited for 48 hours, they would see what they could do for her. sounds like Walmart delivery service is fraudulent, and predatory. My question is what is the purpose of paying for a membership when the member is being cheated? I don't even want the order at this point...I want a full refund. I will not shop here ever again, and the membership will be cancelled after Walmart settles their debt with my mother. read more

I called at 7:25a and spoke to Mrs. Cassie (if I'm not mistaken the spelling of the name) she was polite and very helpful ! She asked the young men and I was told, they could see me at 10am. I arrive around 9:30a as they were squeezing me in I wanted to be there on/before the time I was given! I get there and this was absolutely the worst morning of the week! I was told I was next several times, 2 cars, then 3 cars were in front of me after the workers were yelling back and forth about who was next as they had me pull up to the bay and park back because they were so unsure of what was going on! I called the store as I was still waiting in my car around 12:22pm & asked to speak to the store manager "Mrs . Elizabeth Taylor" states shes the manager and would meet me in the auto center to help me resolve the issue! As I'm walking in to meet the store manager that never came a young man ask for my keys to finally service my car. Mind you I live over a hour away and purchased a new set of tires! The store manager or no manager ever came! As I came back to pick up my car Mr. Carlos the auto center manager did apologize about the situation and my purchase! Mr. David did excellent work on my vehicle & the young man that took my information in the iPad! So I went to this store on 4th of July to purchase some earrings and Jennifer a team lead came to help when she arrive at the jewelry department my phone rung so I answered my phone the entire time Jennifer was standing there with a attitude than she got right in front of the jewelry fixture blocking me from showing her which item I wanted and I was like I'm not going to steal can I pick my item out she continue to say with a attitude you were on your phone and than she says I'm not helping you and walked off. I was trying to return an previously purchased item and they refused stating policy that was not displayed anywhere in the store, on the item, nor on the receipt. Item was priced wrong, I told the cashier about it and that it has been priced wrong for a while (I have brought that same item many times but didn't say anything because it was only .14 but felt it was time to say something). She replied with "Really? Really? Just say you want a .14 discount." Huh? What discount? The item is priced wrong. Period. Was standing in line at register 4 today 6/3/21 around 11am and the cashier with the blonde wig had her light on as normal. I stood there with two very full buggies for about 10 minutes then she rudely looked at me and said she was "closed" ... again.. light was on.. not feeling in the mood to argue I went to another line. She was NOT closed.. she rang up person after person. It took an additional 30 minutes to check out and of course she was still open and light on as I walked out. Moral of the story? This is by far the worst Walmart I've ever been to. By the age of the reviews and lack of any change in them in 3 years, no one is interested in improving it who is paid to be. Pffft, you have to pay them! We all know how Walmart feels about that. It seems this store's management consistently hires employees of the lowest work ethic, specifically so that they can pay them less. Just knowing that i have to go to this walmart is riddled with anxiety. The thinking behind what goes into a patrons experience is definetly in question at this walmart. I have gone to many walmarts and this type of torment does not happen everywhere. From the long, long, lines, to poor upkeep of some stations, lack of help in certain stations, and the exiting process. I dropped my vehicle off for a tire change (2 tires) and an oil change at 11:30 AM on a Sunday. It wasn't ready until 4:00 PM. When I arrived, I was told that there were only three cars total ahead of me. So I was confused as to why it took so long (almost 5 hours). I was also told that I would be contacted for a product I needed (brake light). I never relieved a call. When I arrived to pay for my services, the male cashier refused to show me the receipt before paying. I asked two or three times if I could see the actual receipt in his hands, but he kept spitting out numbers and had no idea what services my vehicle actually received. I asked for a rundown of all the charges and all of sudden, the receipt needed to be reprinted - this took an additional 25 minutes. When I finally crunk my vehicle up, a warning light was on! (Traction Control) Ugh! Where did this come from? I called a Wal-Mart manager at this point. No one could be reached for a while. The manager asked the auto team what was going on and myself. The team told her the same thing I did - the light wasn't on when I arrived, but now it's on. No one knew why it was on, how it came on, or how to get it off. The techs scrambled around for nearly an hour. End result - I got two new tires and an oil change and now I have a warning light on in return. I usually don't use WalMart for these type of services (auto). I promise I will never ever return to this Walmart, for anything. read more

Walmart by in Riverdale, Ga need to re-train all their employees on customer service. Do you know I called the Pharmacy Department with one simple question. I called several times, they pick up and immediately put you on hold without saying a word. As I type this review I have been on hold for 50 minutes and counting. I called the Electronics Department and Customer Service to hear them pick up and hang up. Why don't they post the store manager number so if there is a grievance we won't be ignored or put on lengthy holds. I went to self checkout and I didn't like the way the cashier who was running it acted. I didn't get the woman's name, and nor do I intend on going back to get it since I won't be shopping at that Wal-Mart ever again. As a customer for the past 15 years I was disappointed by the treatment I got when I went to the self checkout line. First the woman accused me of shoplifting, not outright but she noticed an item in my bag that didn't scan but I didn't know it didn't and she pulls it out and scans it. And when I tried to be nice and laugh it off she was rude and just walked away! Okay I can get if people shoplift or try to pull fast ones a lot but no need to treat everyone like they are a suspect. Let me also say this woman didn't even speak or smile when I came up to the self check out line in the first and only bluntly said the machine I was using for cards only. But then when I did try to pay with my AMEX card, I swiped it and it said something about slide it somewhere else but I didn't know what it was talking about. The cashier rudely says I had to press the form of payment first which I did but it still wasn't working after that so she said it wasn't accepting it but as I told her I had at least a thousand dollars on that card, but she just said rather bluntly again, that it still wasn't going through like I had a reason to lie or something and couldn't charge like $7 worth of merchandise. It took a customer to inform her that I had to put the card in the bottom of the machine, which as a cashier is something I felt that she should have known already instead of being rude to me. Yes I can understand not liking your job (Been there, done that) but when you are waiting on customers you need to act like it's the best job in the world! When I visited this location recently the sales associate was talking to another customer, then she started ringing my items. I stood there and waited for a greeting but never got it. She never ask me to apply for the Walmart credit card either. She kept quiet and run me up. When I left the store the door greeter was yelling to another associate.
