I was looking for some cool bottoms, mainly shorts, and surprisingly I did not find a whole lot…read morehere but I did find one pair of jean shorts which are perfect so it's a win for me! (They do have a nice selection of everything else though). This place is organized, very nicely labeled and the staff here is very helpful. A few people came in to sell clothes and the staff was very efficient in helping them. There is one beautiful darker woman who is extremely helpful and nice. She was going around rehanging items, assisting customers, getting dressing rooms set up for us and then checked us out. There were other people working but she was great! I was shopping with my husband and he usually doesn't care much to find anything but even he loved their selection and found a really cool black jean jacket which he had really been wanting something like it lately but hadn't find the right one until now! He was pretty stoked with his find. If you take some time and look around slowly you can really find some very nice pieces for reasonably priced.

Do not waste your time trying to sell here. Total waste of time and gas. I brought in trendy items…read moreincluding current name brands, cosplay type of clothing, and modern trendy jewelry. They said my items were "too sophisticated". A gray steampunk skirt, a black and white striped skirt, a blue/black/white modern sweater with fringe on the end, large chunky trendy jewelry....that is not sophisticated. Really, do not waste your time.

Marshalls - I always find good deals here like this Bernardo Down jacket is currently $150 at Macy's but u can find it here for $90

I had an unpleasant experience at checkout today at Marshall's Lynnwood. When I chose the Email…read moreReceipt option instead of Print, the cashier (name tag said Kiran) responded with an annoyed "Print," even though I had already made my selection. She then made a very obvious "tsk" sound and gave me a disapproving look. After I entered my email, I tried to explain that I prefer email receipts to save paper and avoid keeping physical copies. She didn't say a single word, didn't make eye contact, and immediately waved the next customer forward--completely ignoring me. Her behavior was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I understand checkout can be busy, but basic courtesy should not be optional.

On October 22nd, my wife was shopping for a dog bed. After bringing it to the cashier, it rang up…read moreat $20. The employee conferred with others for about five minutes, then returned and publicly accused her of switching price tags--a false and deeply humiliating accusation made without investigation. The tags were mismarked by the store, not altered by her. Despite calmly explaining the situation, she was dismissed condescendingly in front of other customers. The manager, who identified himself as "Phillip," refused to review video footage or acknowledge the error. After careful reflection, we believe this was a case of racial profiling. The accusation was made quickly, without evidence, and with a tone that suggested guilt before facts. Instead of taking accountability for their own mislabeling, they projected blame onto the customer--possibly to deflect or escalate. This is especially disappointing given our long history shopping at Marshalls and its sister company HomeGoods in Lynnwood. We've filed formal complaints with Marshalls corporate, the BBB, and the FTC. I've personally written to the Chief Compliance Officer. Since my wife was accused of a crime, we are drafting legal framework against TJX Companies, Inc., the manager, and the employee who made the accusation without evidence. We're not seeking money or punishment. We're asking for a formal apology, staff retraining, and a commitment to treating every customer with dignity. No one should be publicly accused of a crime they didn't commit. No one should be humiliated for simply trying to shop. We hope Marshalls takes this seriously and chooses accountability over apathy.

I used to be around a lot of sneaker heads and shopped at Likelihood, BAIT, Urbanity, Zebra Club,…read morethis one sneaker shop on Capitol Hill on 12th that's no longer in existence and grew up going to sneaker city downtown with all the J's, Dunks and Cortez that were all shrink wrapped. As a novice with sneakers but not with clothing, I noticed a specific culture of consumers that may gather at sneaker shop and it may not feel as inclusive or intimidating.l. I think that sneaker culture can be really fun and inclusive and sneak city provides this experience. Their selection is HUGE of J's. I like that the staff are helpful and customer service is really good. I want to give a 5 star review because the 3 staff I interacted with seemed like they genuinely enjoyed sneakers and selling shoes. I didn't get a disposable income vibe from them, nor an upselling of J's. It was a laid back approach and I enjoyed seeing families and parents of all ages shopping and window shopping. The shoes are market price and as a small business I'm sure they have to cover their overhead fees. I haven't experienced any of the online mix ups read in the reviews. I like this shop and my kids love it. I'll continue to support.

This store listed shoes as "New with Box" on eBay, yet upon receiving there was a label on the box…read moreclearly stating "Original Box (Damaged)." They attempted to pull a grift to make a little extra money by falsely advertising the condition. Ebay took care of the issue very simple and clean, which was met with disrespect and childish behavior from the sellers. Unfortunately for them, the bully got bullied. The two ladies who run this failing establishment seem to be under deep distress. When interacting with them, they were very weird individuals. Word of advice: don't take out your misery on paying customers.
