When I arrived, night had already fallen. This parking lot is notoriously very sketchy with some vagranta hanging around. So just keep your eyes open. But the stock was all in excellent condition, all wonderfully priced, and the service was decent. One checker was fervently friendly, and the other was mostly quiet. One thing to keep in mind is they will not supply you with bags, so make sure to bring your own. I found some really good deals, but was sad to discover that their hours of operation actually ended at 6:30 p.m.. The overhead announcements do make you feel rushed to make your way out as they want you to be at the registers by 6:15 p.m. I understand their sense of urgency, but I also felt that I was going to be yelled at if I didn't comply accordingly. All in all, it was a decent experience, I wish I had more time to shop, but I think I will definitely be back given it's closeness to where I live.

I asked the owner if I bought multiple items if he'd come down and he said no but come next week bc there's a 50% off color tag sale. That was a bummer. I did score 90% Christmas items so that was great. I found really cool older board games sealed. I always like to pick up vintage kids items as a nod to nostalgia. I visited Kid to Kid twice in one week and had an overall good experience. The first time I just stopped in to kill some time and picked up a couple of items for my kids. Most of the stuff they sell here is really great quality and is reasonably priced. For my youngest I got two pairs of pants and a long sleeve shirt, and for my middle I got a pair of jeans and brand new Halloween bow by the checkstand (they gottt me), all for $25. Definitely affordable! I stopped in later in the week to drop off a huge tote of clothes that I've been discarding as my youngest has grown out of them. The selling process is fairly easy - you drop off, they process the clothes, and then give you a call to let you know how much store credit or cash they'd like to offer. I decided to take the store credit offer because it was definitely decent and because I know I'll be back to shop again! It's also nice that whatever they decide they don't want/isn't in season, they'll donate to local non-profits so I don't have to handle picking it up and dropping it back off somewhere else. The store is organized nicely and they have a ton to look through for all ages. My only gripe is that each time I've gone in, the staff hasn't been the friendliest. Retail definitely can be hard work though, so it's possible they were just having overwhelming days. Looking forward to returning and shopping again!

It's a three-level store that feels clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I also appreciated how clean the restroom was, which is always a nice touch during a shopping trip. The overall experience was efficient, and I think it's easy enough for a first-time visitor to find their way around. The men's shoe department employees could have been a bit friendlier, as the service felt somewhat reserved. My biggest disappointment was the selection, especially for sandals, which was noticeably smaller than what I've seen at the Downtown Seattle and Bellevue Nordstrom locations. It works well if you're already at Southcenter, but I personally wouldn't make a trip here specifically for shoe shopping. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendly: Yes Would I Return: No - JY Review

When we came back from our trip to Alaska I was looking through my receipts when I spotted my receipt from this store. I gave the sales lady $ 100 in cash and charged the final $34.17. My contactless recipient showed the total was charged all on my credit card. When I called to enquire I was very disappointed how rude Joanne was, I tried to explain what happened and she said"Just cut to the story.". She said well that's the way that shows up we don't have any way to separate it on the receipt. I told her I would enquire on my credit card so reluctantly looked it up. I thanked her and because although she was off putting and sharp with her tongue most of us have worked in retail at some time. I suggest that in the future they would mention this to the customers splitting there payment up. She stated that no one had ever questioned that. Post customer service was Horrible. Such a totally different vibe from purchase. I suspect Joanne may be an owner and I wonder how many other customers she has been rude to. Very disappointed with this post sale inquiry.
