I was an undecided, no-knowledge shopper looking for a water apparatus for my grown son. It was his first... with accessories (!). I didn't want to spend over a certain amount, and told the helper(s) as I wandered aimlessly looking at everything. They have a LOT of items! This is by far the DisneyLand of SmokeShop Accessories for (adults ;) I even picked up my favorite Clipper lighters at checkout that look like zig-zags. They weren't bad at $2 a piece (beats the $3+ lighters at gas stations!) By the time I made my decision... naturally I wanted to see ten different ones behind the counter only to ask "what do you think??" He was great...gave me his opinion and even picked one lower than my budget.. so I got a grinder and extra accessories to go along, Then I tipped him. I'm aware that if I'm high maintenance and they are kind, they earned it. The place was busy at 7 pm on a week day, we spent a couple hundred in all. There were at least 5 employees with customers consistently. The place does well. I've moved and my son's piece got broken so it's time for a new one! Plus I just want to go back.. it was fun :). They will start arguing with you trying to say they are correct. When I asked the gentleman if he knew "what the definition of false advertising is" - he responded with "I advertise whatever I want.
