Krafter's Land Cabinetry

Its been about three months since we had our contractor install the cabinets from Krafters Land…read more Our initial two interactions with the sales staff at the Tukwila store were disappointing. We decided to visit the Tacoma store and were greeted by Dyson and Doris and the difference in service was remarkable. They spent about an hour with us, offering helpful suggestions and answering all our questions. Dyson also updated our 3-D rendering for our layout. Throughout the entire process - multiple emails and several follow up visits - Dyson was consistently professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Doris was also involved as well, though to a lesser extent, and our impression of her was just as positive. Her service was excellent. Thank you Dyson and Doris

Headline: AVOID - They delivered unordered items and caused a construction disaster…read more The root of this entire mess started because Krafter's Land Cabinetry delivered a 24-inch unit that I NEVER ordered. While they claim they sent the correct 12-inch unit, they simultaneously sent an extra 24-inch unit by mistake. This logistical error created massive confusion on-site, leading to the wrong unit being installed in my master bathroom. I have a 24-inch cabinet bolted to my wall right now as physical proof of their delivery error (see photo with measuring tape), yet the salesperson, Nana, refuses to take any responsibility. Her only response is that they "provided what was on the order," completely ignoring the fact that their extra, unordered delivery caused the disaster. I want to be clear about the actions I am taking: 1. L&I Complaint: Already filed against the Contractor for the incorrect installation, and they have been cited. 2. BBB Complaint: Now being filed against Krafter's Land Cabinetry for their logistical failure, delivering unordered products, and refusal to provide a professional resolution. It is incredibly unprofessional to ignore a clear delivery mistake and stop communicating with a customer. Do not trust this company--they will deliver the wrong items and then blame you for the outcome. Update: Management admitted in writing that this was their "Warehouse Error" (see screenshot). Despite this admission, they refuse to provide materials to fix the disaster they caused. Disgraceful service.

He will help with exterior design suggestions and add the touches that will make your kitchen fully functional. This isn't off the shelf stuff nor fake wood. His cabinets are top quality and will last for decades. The kitchen is one of the most important rooms in a home. Tony will help make your kitchen a joy to see, and to work in.

I am so grateful after seeing some of the reviews on Angie's List and Houzz that I reached out to Tony & Judy @ Tony's Customs Cabinets. It was the right temperament and chemistry after having experienced less than satisfying interaction with the big box stores and self-promoting boutique craftsmen. Tony is hands-on and grounded in his congenial approach understanding that homeowners have an initial vision for their kitchen yet need at times his artisan approach to make it a reality and fill in the empty pieces of the puzzle that are not always known at the onset of a project. Tony further made referrals available from the onset and this helped us to gain some additional feedback on what Tony did for others on their projects. Tony's methodical approach to work is so well thought out and comprehensive in scope. He hones in on the little details that made our project absolutely delightful. Tony provided scaled color diagrams so that we can picture in advance what our kitchen would look like. Tony also provided meaningful suggestions in keeping with a home of 1906 vintage. Moreover, the project cost was reasonable and on schedule without any surprises. I appreciate when a contractor like Tony respects our time and is respectful of our home in terms of tidiness. Tony and two of his stellar assistants Eric/Jason further helped me out in a pinch on most of the initial demo work after my other contractor became unexpectedly ill and hospitalized. In short, Tony went way beyond the call of the duty with our kitchen remodel. The extra storage space in our kitchen is now utterly phenomenal and the long sought after pantry is now a reality particularly for my wife. The gorgeous cherry wood door and inner Baltic birch shelves are both upscale and the true mark of an old school craftsman who does not cut corners on quality and workmanship. We are so pleased with Tony and Judy @ Tony's Custom's Cabinets that we will have Tony taking the lead role for our bathroom remodel this coming Fall.
