After she extracted a tooth which developed problems she pummelled the socket so badly I had a lump the size of a baseball on my jaw. Worse yet I wound up taking 3 antibiotics because she screwed up the first time. As a result of one of them - I'll never know which - I wound up with the worst cast of C-Diff they had ever seen at our local hospital. I called to inform her of this - She immediately became defensive and rude. I stressed I was calling to inform her not blame her, but she just rattled on about how well-educated she was. (She should have taken a year in communication and courtesy). A simple "I'm sorry" would have sufficed since I stressed I was not interested in litigation. Avoid this dentist like the plague.

The first dentist said I would be contacted quickly for my deep cleaning.. I waited and waited no call. I started calling and was told I would get a call-NO CALL!!!! Then, I emailed -only email was the one they got from the insurance company. So, I called the insurance company--they did not put in a claim to the insurance company till 8 weeks after my first visit-TWO MONTHS. Then, I was told I was approved and no one called me, Then, I was super mad and called. Manager called me and said she told the insurance person at their office to call me-no one did. So, I get an appointment and was told 1 o'clock. I go to office and was informed I was late-appointment was 12-I said I was told 1. Woman at desk got rude; I got ruder. Then, another person came with an attitude-gave it back and yelled-2 1/2 months. Then, manager comes out with her phony calm attitude- I said I had every right to be angry- 2 1/2 months and both women prior to her were rude. So, dentist comes out and admits the office is not properly organized, they are just employees, etc. If you are an employee, that does not give you the right to do a job incompetently. and he says we serve 5000 a year-so, sorry what happened to you. Will I go again-NO-would I recommend--No. This office needs to have better follow-up procedures, to return calls as well as emails, and staff should learn not to be rude to clients and make a situation worse, In the future, when I need dental work, I will call the insurance company and ask for a list of dental offices.

Yaz, the receptionist, was so nice and went out her way to get my insurance verified. They had her jumping through hoops. They'd ask her for one thing, and she'd give it to them, and then they'd ask for something else instead of asking her for everything at the same time. I had an appointment in 45 minutes, not only for my chipped tooth, but I had my teeth cleaned by a lovely Russian woman whose name I've forgotten. I'm so sorry. My tooth will be finished with soon and my teeth are so clean. Dr. Eshak is wonderful. He explains things so well. He doesn't talk to you in medical jargon, but he doesn't talk down to you, either.
