I started using this cleaners over 6 years ago. The price was really value I think it was around 2.19 but I can't be sure. Then it went to around 2.49 if my memory serves me correct now they are charging exactly what these well known cleaners are charging and they do not even do a good job on your clothes. I did not mind this much in the past because I was only getting t-shirts, maxi dresses and my slacks dry cleaned. They have gone way up and did not announce a price change. This is ridiculous. Inexpensive place to get all your clothes cleaned. We don't have anything special done just regular dry cleaning. Haven't had any problems. They are quick to serve you. Pay with cash because if you pay with a card there's a fee. I happened to notice there was a fee charged when hubby used the card. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like that it's $2.29 a piece instead of different prices. I had a heavy jean jacket cleaned for the same price as a shirt. read more

They were well priced each item same cost. Now they are getting ridiculous. I know everyone is going up in charging but why couldn't they keep same price for clothing items. They would not make it cheaper for a scarf or hat. So why they go up from a jacket to a pair of pants. Now I know cleaning is cleaning unless it is special treated. I wouldn't recommend this place. Both times I went they ruined my clothes. They stained my husband shirt and didnt clean a few of my tops properly. I tried to use them several times. Close to home but, they can never get a shirt pressed without pressing wrinkles into shirt. My shirts/blouse always come back with more wrinkles than when I took them. They will gladly redo but, then I get a white shirt back with black stains. I even pay extra for sleeves to be creased. Do not mind paying for services but I do expect to get what I paid for. I paid $4.54 for each shirt and then had to have them redone.... 2 extra stops, and then get one back with black stains and they still had wrinkles. read more

I dropped off an item (required to pay in advance) to be dry cleaned only to find that it was not cleaned at all once I got it home. I opened the bag and pulled out the item dreading the smell of the chemical that normally is associated with the cleaning process only to discover Every spot, stain and dirt was neatly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag as if it had been cleaned. I will return the item tomorrow in hopes that this business will be willing to make things right. Value Cleaners does a good job with your clothes and they have the latest (9 AM) same day drop off time of any Cleaner in the area. Despite being in a strip mall...this is the dry cleaner plant so all the magic happens right here. That said the pre-paid CASH ONLY deal annoys me. This is 2015...I like cash and I get that it's great for your business...but I never carry it. Frankly, from a security standpoint...Debit Cards are great for both parties. read more

Please don't try this place. Barbara is Rude as ever! Someone referred them so I could get my wedding dress steamed. When they gave me my dress it had holes in them from them using big safety pins in a satin dress. Barbara smiled as I asked about this, I'm glad she was amused. If you are looking for personable staff, sure however, you are paying for proper cleaning. My wife had 2 blouses stained during this past Fall. Yes, they removed the stain. Dwayne, the owner listened to my complaint and assured they would remove any stain, especially one they cause during the process. That was a "red flag" statement itself. Well.....strike 3 occurred yesterday when I was told "your sweater had to be run again due to a stain". What?? Ridiculous. A new sweater stained by the dry cleaner. Unacceptable. The name represents its quality. Staff tried to hide/cover their mistakes. I brought in a 100% wool sweater for dry cleaning. I pointed out that it was wool. When I received it back, there was a tag stating -Defective Condition Before Cleaning- with hand written "Rip on the side of sweater" note attached to sweater. They also handed it back hidden between two pair of pants. There was no rip on side of sweater, it was brand new. What was wrong is that they shrunk it two sizes. I can't wear it now and they can't possibly unshrink it. This place is getting sloppy, and I don't appreciate the deceit. read more

Very interesting experience at Value Cleaners at Goodman and Malone this evening. I pull up at 5:58 and the lady at counter immediately turns the lock and locks door but leaves open sign on. I sit there and just shake my head as she turns lights off. Someone else pulls up and she opens door for him to pick up cleaning--all the while in the dark. I guess they don't want my business. This is the worst service I have ever had! The employees are rude! When I walked up to the counter, the woman just grabbed my ticket and went to the back. She never said hello, may I help you or anything. She came back with my clothes, counted them, then walked away. I couldn't believe it! I may just have to pay extra somewhere else for better service.
