My wife reported the was too hot to start. When peeling off the wax, Chelsea seemed inexperienced and couldn't peel the wax in one swipe. She kept yanking the on the wax and tearing it prematurely. She asked my wife if she moisturized, but my wife knows not to moisturize before a wax as she has been getting waxed for years.
