I would NOT recommend this business. I signed up for what was advertised as a CPR class in Reno,…read morebut when I arrived, there was no instructor or staff member there. I was completely alone. I went through the course by myself and finished in about 30 minutes. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions. Given how strange the experience was, I asked if this was a scam. Afterward, I received a phone call and was told, "You were not a good little student, you asked too many questions, so we are not passing you." I was then denied the CPR certificate I had just completed the course to receive. They told me they would reimburse me, but the refund isn't my main concern. I signed up expecting an actual CPR class, not to arrive at an empty location and complete everything alone with no instructor present. The entire experience was incredibly concerning, especially for something as important as CPR certification. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend researching other CPR training providers before booking here.

My biggest concern is the apparent lack of transparency around how the course is conducted and what customers should expect when they arrive. CPR certification is something I take seriously, and I would want clear information about whether an instructor will actually be present, how skills are evaluated, and what is required to receive a certificate. After hearing about this experience, I would personally choose another CPR provider.
