I did my ACLS recertification on a Sunday. Like their name implies, the course was definitely less stressful than the other ACLS courses I've taken. They were efficient & straight to the point. I will come back & get my recert here. read more

I needed to get BLS certified for my nursing school. I've taken several CPR classes previously but this was by far my favorite, and I will be back here for future recertifications! The fabulous Ms. Mary made the class fun and quick, while still ensuring a highly educational class. It was very focused which allowed it to pass quickly, which I really appreciated because myself and everyone else (save one person) in the class had already been certified previously. The facility was really nice as well, comfortable, clean and stylish, and I really appreciated the snack and beverage offerings. I will gladly recommend less stress ems to anyone I know needing a CPR certification! read more

This was hands-down the best ACLS/BLS recertification class I've ever taken. Not only was it fun and engaging, but I actually learned some things. Korey was the instructor and I would highly recommend his courses! I'll be taking the PALS recertification next and look forward to it! read more

Mary Healy is a God send instructor! I had the worst attitude coming in and not wanting to be there but she completely made the time enjoyable/engaging. Best BLS CLASS I've taken in the area. Recommend 10/10 read more

Less Stress EMS was recommended to me by several coworkers and I am so happy I went with them for my ACLS. The class atmosphere is relaxed and the instructor really takes you through the material and real-life application. As a maternal-child nurse, he tailored the simulation to my specialty and gave it real-world application. I highly recommend them. read more

Really good teachers that make the process of recerting a lot easier. They make the classes more fun and engaging.

My sister and I are both healthcare providers and it was time for our BLS, ACLS, and PALS recertification. We had some questions about which classes would be best as they provide a number of great and flexible options. Brian answered our questions and went above and beyond! He embodies what it means to have excellent customer service. It appears that everyone who works at Less Stress EMS is also friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the beginning, Mike, our instructor was engaging and energetic. He provided fantastic clinical pearls with his years of experience in EMS. He made sure everyone was comfortable and used a lot of real life scenarios and examples. He also adds in a good number of jokes and humor to help solidify important concepts. Without question he is one of the best instructors I've ever had! They also provide adequate opportunities for breaks, snacks, popcorn, and coffee. If you need recertification for ACLS, BLS, or PALS I highly recommend less stress ems! It's organized, engaging, and fun! I know I will be returning for all of my recertifications in the future. Thank you Mike and Brian! read more

I know it's weird to say, and even more weird to read but I really enjoyed renewing my BLS and it was all thanks to Less Stress EMS, specifically the fabulous Ms. Mary! She made the class, fun and I most definitely will be returning for all of my certs! read more

I wish I would have known about this place sooner, I would have definitely attended my CPR certification through them from the get-go. I took the health code course where all of the book content is completed online and only the skills is done in person. I really appreciated this format as I was limited on time. The skills portion was so quick, efficient and filled with knowledge to help build my confidence in CPR/first aide. I left the building feeling ready to perform CPR on anyone (is this bad?) hahaha! Truly, I enjoyed the course. The staff and instructor, kory, were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I also really enjoyed the free coffee/tea and snack bar! They're loaded with the good stuff 20/10 stars if I was given the option. My CPR card was emailed to me before I even left the building. So awesome! I will definitely be coming back for my recertification! read more

Awesome and wonderful staff. Very different from my SoCal certs. Highly recommend. Mary is very sweet.

Just took my second class with Less Stress (and Mary) and it was great! I can't imagine taking this class anywhere else now.

Found this company doing a simple google search and needed to get my yearly Cert ASAP. It was just what I needed. The instructor (Mary) was jovial, knowledgeable and an absolute joy to learn from. She backed up each new first-aid topic with a personal story that solidified the principle in my mind. Whatever they're paying her, it's not enough. ;) We laughed and learned. Stress free. As long as I'm within 4 hrs of this company, I will always take my training here. read more

Less stress is an awesome place to learn! They definitely take the stress out of learning. I recommend everyone to take a class whether they are new to healthcare or have a lot of experience. It was easy to schedule a class online. I had such a great experience. read more

I was there again yesterday, this time for my PALS certification. Our instructor was Mike this time around. As usual, the environment was really conducive to learning. Relaxed, snacks, coffee and soft drinks available for the class to have. There was pop corn again. As for Mike, he made learning fun. Most of the lessons were full of humor but were actually connected to what we had to learn. The best part was, he seemed to have known that a lot of us in class were not really used to taking care of pediatric patients and therefore his method of teaching was calm, he conducted his simulations in a non-hectic, stress-free manner. He would ask questions in a no-pressure manner and would make you think about the processes without stressing you out. I really liked learning with the Less Stress crew that when co-workers asked if I was going g for my PALS with another outfit, I answered with a "hell no, I'm going with Less Stress". Looking forward to future recerts with them! read more

This place lives up to its name - Less Stress. The instructor Mary is awesome. She is personable and has a sense of humor. I will highly recommend Less Stress to others and will take this class the next time I have to recertify. read more

Had to get CPR certified for my job! This was such a helpful class to take. I now feel more confident in my ability to help if the need arises. The whole class took about 3 hrs, Mary instructed very clearly and was such fun! They also have free snacks read more

This is the best class I've taken for ACLS/BLS. It was fun and more importantly very informative. Liz was amazing and took the time to really emphasize what was important in real-world situations. She somehow took a very long and grueling day and made it enjoyable. It really was "less stress." I have gotten previous certifications via REMSA and my prior hospital employer, but I felt like this was the first time I was able to really understand both the rhythm strips and the algorithms. Recommend this place to anyone trying to certify. AHA accredited. read more

Just did my ACLS recert at Less Stress and had a wonderful experience. It was a packed full day of hands on experience and lots of knowledge and extra practice outside of typical ACLS scenarios. Korey related my mock code to the area of nursing that I work in and made it feel real and relevant and also low stress so I could actually think on the spot. Korey was so intelligent and educated us on topics that we needed refreshing on. I learned so much and feel more confident in ACLS. I will be coming back! read more

I took the ACLS class with Korey as the instructor. This was my first time becoming ACLS certified because I am a nursing student. Korey was an amazing instructor and made sure that every person felt confident in the skills and knowledge that he had taught us. He was very thorough and made learning MI, CVA, and cardiac arrest algorithms simple. Snacks and drinks were provided and we got lots of mini-breaks throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Less Stress EMS! read more

Phenomenal team! This was my best experience taking ACLS in 20 years. The instructor (Korey V.) was very knowledgeable and made learning fun! Enrollment was easy through the website. The physical environment was spacious, clean and they had all the latest and greatest tools and equipment to practice the hands-on portion/mega-code scenarios. Brian had emailed our certification cards to us before we left the building for the day! Outstanding experience - I will definitely continue to go back to recert! read more

Less Stress EMS goes above and beyond to teach CPR and does an excellent job at it. Liz is a badass, and obviously wants all of her students to pass. I have been in many CPR classes in the past, but not one before today explained what was going on physiologically and why we were doing what we were during CPR. I will recommend those place to all fellow nursing students who need this course! read more
